Unaware that the room was an interior room right next to the pool. Also, dirty towels were left in a drawer and safe was locked upon entry. Building engineer was helpful unlocking safe and solving door lock issue.

Pretty nice hotel. Our room was clean and well maintained. Pool was small but still nice. Overall we would stay again.

Pull out bed was horrible, very uncomfortable. Overall service was excellent. Very clean rooms and hotel. Staff were extremely helpful!

Exceptional staff, service and accommodations. Not one complaint. Not one rude or unfriendly employee; such a pleasure to deal with friendly, helpful staff!

Nothing was really convenient about this property. Check in/ out was overcrowded, elevators were overcrowded, self parking was full, the pool was small and cold.

My stay here was nice and convenient. There were a restaurant and Starbucks onsite. Also, an attached parking garage. The location is great. It was walking distance to alot of shops and restaurants and also a beach. Everything was nice, but I just wished the bed was more comfortable.

Our flights got delayed and we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 00:15 after 12 hours of traveling with my 84 year old mother and 11 year old daughter. They did not have our room with 2 beds and said we forfeited the room due to our late arrival (tried to check in using the bonvoy app earlier in the day and I thought it went through but as I had booked on hotels.com they wouldn’t recognize online check-in). The manager said they probably resold our room between midnight and when we arrived at 00:15. I find that very hard to believe. I think they overbooked and penalize the people who don’t book directly with them. No rollaway bed available. We had to sleep in one bed and my daughter had to sleep on the floor. They told us we were welcome to look for a different hotel. Then the next day we had to move into a 2- bed room. I had already paid online for all 3 nights- it was extremely frustrating and the manager was horrible.
