Had a lovely stay at Candi Beach Ocean View suite … all of the staff were amazing. Beach was beautiful with crystal blue waters. A few restaurants on site as well as on the street outside giving plenty of options . Massages in the spa resort were very relaxing and an added bonus of listening to the waves added to the ambience. The only negative was listening to the repetitive Italian music at the basil restuarant and pool bar that played over and over again. Maybe a change throughout the day would be a welcomed change. Thanks to all of the staff for a great stay.

The resort was amazing. Very luxurious and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the food was real good. Also the staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend Candi Beach Resort when you go to Mangiss in Bali.

My Wife and I stayed at the Candi Beach Resort and Spa for three nights in February 2024. We booked a Junior Suite, but the Hotel very kindly upgraded us to a Luxury Suite. The Hotel is simply lovely, right by the beach, quiet, clean and well away from the City. The drive from the airport is a little long but we wanted to get away from the City so we didn’t mind. The room was very spacious, modern, clean and well appointed. We ate at two of the restaurants and loved the food; especially the wonderful breakfast. Most notably, the hotel personnel were absolutely wonderful, so kind, helpful and friendly. A great stay and we will be back!

Knowing that we wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday to unwind and recharge, CANDI BEACH RESORT AND SPA was the perfect place to do this. The luxury pool villa was absolutely amazingly. Even more than we could gave ever wanted or imagined. The room was huge, the bed extremely comfortable and massive, the bathroom was fantastic. From the double shower to the jacuzzi. It was stunning. The pool are was everything that you could hope for. The pool cabana was comfortable with 5 cushions to make you never want to leave. The whole resort is very clean and the staff members are the friendliest people. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. Highly recommend the resort and we are hoping for a yearly trip

Cannot fault anything- staff friendly and very helpful, great breakfast overlooking the ocean every morning, dinner at the restaurant was some of the best meals ever. Large resort so it does not feel crowded at either the restaurant or the pool. Great value for money. We stay in the basic room, which gave good privacy and a lovely upmarket feel. There are lots of places to eat outside the resort too.

The comfiest bed that I slept in during 3 weeks of travelling around Indonesia. Slept like a baby to the sounds of the ocean. I had an ocean bungalow with a great view of the beach and had outside seating. The room itself was fairly simple and some of the furniture looked a bit worn but the bathroom was large with a fab shower and was clean. My room had a (locked) interconnecting door and I could hear my neighbour talking but maybe he was just loud ?! Pillows, bed linen and towels clean and fresh. Bedside lamps would have been nice (rather than harsh ceiling downlighting). Great spa - wonderful massages by Chandra. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a huge choice and egg station for omelettes etc. Evening meals and drinks quite expensive by Indonesian prices but quality of the food and selection was excellent. A few nearby warrungs if you want to eat elsewhere. Pool areas clean and sunbeds comfortable with parasols and towels. Waitress service for drinks and snacks around pool areas. All the staff were lovely. Overall a great stay and I would definitely return.

This place was a dream come true for our family - two teens and parents. If you want a spot to relax in beauty and serenity, this is it. The staff were so friendly and kind, the buffet breakfast was delish and the location with the view of the sea was gorgeous. The three pool options and the beach meant there was always somewhere to be. There are some cute resturants and a few other places to visit around the resort too. We stayed four nights and just adored every moment.

It was unforgettable stay. Thanks to every staff at Candi Beach Resort for making it likewise, We felt at home. The whole team treated us like family. The hotel location and views are amazing. All details are taken care of.

Our stay was pretty average. The breakfast is fine, the restaurants are no more than fine as well as overpriced. The area around the hotel is very tiny

The quality of food was not the standard we were expecting, better value and quality can be found at local warnings nearby resort. Breakfast options were disappointing and lower quality than we were expecting. There was limited shade options available to guests. Often the shaded spots we reserve by guest early in the mornings. Staff were however largely very nice and helpful.

We literally had the best time of our lives. Everything was perfect. The accommodations, the staff was super friendly and very attentive. We needed for nothing and they were quick to meet our ever need. We will definitely be coming back.

Limited food choices at hotel. No gift shop at hotel. Stayed in pool villa. Mail pool area dolphin sculptures need to be torn down or fixed both are broken and bring the pool area down. We had a horrible experience at the scuba snorkeling rental company on hotel property. We also had a bad experience on the second day before we had to leave, hotel staff basically held us hostage.

Great price, pleasant and helpful staff, quiet and clean. Staff is approachable and kind.

Fantastic property.

Candi Beach Resort is beautiful; right on the water with two pools. Breakfadt was delicious with a great spread and freshly made eggs, pancakes and waffles. The staff are very friendly, so hospitable and made our stay wonderful. I was with a friend and I will def come back with my family. Perfect for a friends or family trip. This resort is beautifully located away from the bustling activities of Bali, allowing for some quiet space more in connection with Nature. It is a couple of hours from Denpasar airport which is a bit of a hike, but well worth it to get away from the large city. The amenities are beautiful, taking advantage of the beach setting. The staff are very attentive and always on the ready to help. The hotel also has an agency (Oji travel) on site to organize day trips; they are very professional and attentive. The hotel is mindful and tries to be eco friendly by not using plastic or styrofoam, but a morning beach cleanup would go a long way in removing the trash the ocean brings to shore with the tides and waves, help the environment by avoiding the trash going back into the ocean, and enhance the beauty of the resort's beach.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Candy beach over the last ~10 years. Every time we are more and more impressed with the service quality and property itself. This time we spent a bit extra to get the villa and it was well worth it for the extra space and privacy around the pool. Food is excellent, and don’t miss getting a Balinese healing massage - totally worth the time! The area is close to diving / snorkelling and more outdoor activities like hiking than say Ubud, but the peace is well worth the trek. Thank you to the staff and management who made our 4 days so memorable! We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely resort on the beach. Loved our private pool Villa. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. Great location for relaxing in a beautiful, quieter part of Bali.

In fairness, this was a very last minute hotel as a result of our fast boat being canceled due to weather. We wanted something by the water and this was perfect for that. That said, coming from more boutique hotels that are smaller and more personal to a hotel like this that is impersonal, you can see the differences. We had to extend a night and the room we were moved to, 222, is a dump as they were sold out of the original room we had. Breakfast was very good, especially eggs cooked to order. The tv reception is awful, so don’t expect to watch anything. :) Overall we were pleased with the hotel. The grounds were beautiful and the water is as well.

Beautiful resort, great rooms and nice big pools. Service was always slow, communication from reception was poor. Would take days to reply to emails/what’s app. Not all information was shared, such as spa discount, multiple breakfast option for luxury suits. Food and drinks expensive for the quality.

We stayed a week. After the first night we were upgraded to a larger Junior Suite. We took advantage of the 7am yoga classes on Wednesday and Sunday morning, which were excellent. Mostly we ate outside the resort, but when we ate at the restaurants the food was good and with a good selection. The staff were all kind, friendly and polite.

Very welcoming and clean property. Absolutely stunning resort and beach location. Staff very polite and very helpful would definitely recommend this resort.
