Was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay for one night. The location is great for walking to everything you need.

The hotel was not easy to find. There were very few parking spots. The hotel was a little dated but the staff were very helpful.

This was 2nd time to stay at this hotel and it was still as good as the 1st. It is nicely located to be able to get to any part of the city in 10-15 mins tops. Rooms are simple and nice. Clean private bathroom and the staff was eager to help, if needed. Nice large breakfast option if you like that to start your day.

location. If you have to stay overnight in Lugano this is a convenient location. the Hotel is under some renovation now. The shower is good. It is a good value for staying in Lugano.

Dining room is large and airy. Menu is way out of date and cooking is disappointing.

Didn't disclose well enough that there will not be AC included unless you pay for an "AC" room. When looking at amenities, AC is included (but this apparently is just for the overall hotel, not your specific room).

It was lovely to be back again. We rebooked again as we enjoyed this hotel. Very friendly greeting from the staff, and very helpful polite and professional. We will be back.

The staff was very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was average with every day the same. Any hot items like eggs, extra to pay. Finally a Formula1 standard. Bed reminden me at the army times, so below the modern standard. This is maximum a 7 rating.

Hotel advertised free parking, but they only have 6 spaces for over 50 rooms. We had to pay 25 swiss francs to park in an offsite public parking lot. Room was dingy and no air condition. We had to leave the window open and on the second night we had 2 bees in our room.

The owners and staff of this special gem are the ones who tip the scale in terms of service. Outstanding in every way, lost keys, laundry, superb breakfast room and multilingual engagement. My room was very comfortable with crisp sheets extra hangars, modern bathroom and great ac. I look forward to returning.

Lovely hotel in perfect location near lake and transport. Excellent staff who went out of their way to help. Only drawback is there is no fridge or coffe/tea making facilities. Breakfast included was very good.
