I cleaned the room with wipes upon our arrival. The remote, walls, fixtures etc were disgusting.

Small, cramped room. Noisy, dingy motel overcharging for UCSB move in week.

Basically perfect. The house was very clean and modernly decorated. Exceeded expectations in a good way. Rather unfortunate to be woken up at 6am by peculiar sounds within the walls (like mowing and liquid flow)

It’s overpriced for what you get . Two nights stay. Doesn’t feel clean, dusty, outdated and musty. - The toilet flush pressure is so strong the water would splash up There’s a bed bug problem - I would encourage anyone to spend the extra money and get another hotel

I liked the location next to the bowling alley. Lots of road construction nearby, but the biggest problem was bed bugs! The property was good about refunding one night’s stay. Even so, not a problem I ever want to encounter again!

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Bathroom sink didn't drain and I saw an ant on the bathtub.

Loud people in adjoining rooms until 2:00 AM on a Saturday evening. Mostly though, for what you get, $250 per night is highly overpriced. Won't be back.

I usually stay at a Motel 6 when I’m in the area, I arrived close to midnight , unfortunately so I was exhausted, but when I got in the room and pulled the blankets back, I found that there were ants crawling on the pillows and the mattress it was a room with Two double beds so I took the other one and it was the same issue then the room was hot and stuffy and it smelled like urine, when I tried to turn the AC unit off it did not work at all so I didn’t bother to complain and a lot of construction workers so I was a little creeped out and didn’t want to go down there by myself. I barely slept, and when I did not off, I was able to feel ants crawling on my face. It was an awful experience.

It was located in the unsafe feeling area. I could not sleep very well due to outside noise.

I stay here frequently and spent multiple nights this visit as well; however only the handicap room was the issue as I found dirt/debris under the bed. Otherwise perfectly pleasant stay!

There was dirt and dust, including hair, all over the floor and the sink was full of dirt (like they emptied the dirt from the floor into the sink). When we asked them to clean the floor they reluctantly came with a broom, and told us they had no vacuum, and smartly explained that it was after all a motel 6, and what did we expect, oh and they would be adding a $7.00 charge to our bill for use of the broom. The bedspread was stained and there was dirt inside the sheets. We did not stay, it was repulsive!
