Everything was great except the breakfast attendant was being rude to some of the hotel guests. She hovered over this group of people and was rolling her eyes and sighing because they were innher way. The wallpaper in our bathroom.was falling off the walls. Everything else was fantastic.

Hotel lobby, breakfast area and hallways were all good. Our room at extensive deferred maintenance with peeling wallpaper, back patch work on wallpaper, poor caulking around shower, missing grout in bath, dirty toilet bowl, bed linens were sloppily put on. Very disappointing as this was our 2nd Hampton Inn stay this week that was far below its former standards. Step it up or close it down.

The hotel was average for a Hampton Inn. Definitely needs a revamp. Most of the tv’s are dated and did not work. Carpet is very worn. Breakfast was pretty good. However they need a new toaster. Only one side worked and toasters are cheap.

We had an amazing stay. There were a few broken fixture places in the room in bathroom, but it didn't hinder the stay. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He was a lifelong resident of Roswell, and we liked that. We felt completely safe there. We did want our room freshened up the second day and thought it was automatic, but we found out later it wasn't, we didn't follow up on how that works though. It was no big deal. We will definitely stay again.

We asked to have a shuttle to the airport arranged for the next morning. The person at the desk said it was set up. Later in the evening I confirmed with her that out was set because I hadn’t seen her write it down earlier. She assured me it was arranged. The next morning I checked in at the front desk a few minutes prior to the set time. They had no record of our request. That being said, the desk clerk called the shuttle driver who was able to get to the hotel in about 15 minutes.
Kudos to another employee, Nicole, chef and bartender who gave outstanding service and went out of her way to help us.

Room was dirty and sofabed was broken. Restroom was not cleaned, we found trash. We were very upset with our stay requested a crib and got a dirty play pen.

We’ve stayed here twice, will again despite the slight problems. Breakfast very good. Missing the hair dryer from the wall. Some wallpaper starting to peel n bathroom but clean and otherwise well stocked

I've been with HHilton honors and using this hotel for years, when it's affordable.
Location is good. Front desk staff are excellent. Room design is great.
Sad to see the decline.
Refrigerator door was not closing. nobody fixed it or swapped it out for two days and then we left. We had to keep it closed with our bags or furniture.
The bathroom door was jammed and the handle was loose. Water pressure not great.
Quality of breakfast was very average. Scrambled eggs tasted weird and omelette was hard.
Sad to see the decline over the years.

Save your money and get an average room. Spent the extra for a little more space it wasn't worth it. The bathtub had dirty footprints in it. The furniture was broken. Looked like someone punched . The noise from the upstairs room was unreal.

Excellent hotel, perfect for an overnight stay while heading to our final destination. Quick bfast served, cereals, yogurts, fruit, eggs, waffles, etc. Working pool & hot tub, comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.

First room we got was not cleaned. Creaky floors. Stressed out one guy working the desk. Pool area is gross, no pool towels. Limited parking. Beds are hard as rocks!
I understand they are remodeling next year but that doesn't make it nice now.

I was just passing through the town, and I really like the location. However, I did find a bedbug the morning of my departure. The staff was nice enough, but they kind of just shrugged their shoulders and said to go through Hotels.com to get a refund. The facilities are definitely in need of a renovation. I will say that the manager was friendly, just thought of taking a bedbug home to my house is enough to warrant a low rating

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and breakfast area, good laundry facilities. We booked a family room with 2 queens and a sofa bed, the room was large and spacious. Would recommend this hotel for families.

We were in town for UFO fest.
Front desk was nice, hotel was in bad shape though.
I had no hot water, pull out bed was saggy, toilet flushed not good. Room was outdated and the tv was in a weird position.
Overall it was a safe place to sleep just needs some TLC. For the price I would book somewhere else until it’s updated.

It was very uncomfortable the bed was hard and the people were rude. Breakfast was horrible I opened a cream cheese for my beagle and it had mold in it. My experience was horrible there and I’ll never stay at a Hampton Inn again

Very disappointed that the pool was closed. It was 107 degrees and we were looking forward to some relief. We were told that the PH levels were off. Sounds like it could have been easily fixed

Everything was clean and ready. Room was a little awkward layout. The light switch for the shower/toilet was outside of the room across the separate sink area next to the closet. Furniture swallows up the room. Otherwise, everything clean and good condition.

Not what I expect from a Hampton. Original room smelled like "stale cigarette smoke". We were moved to a 2nd room that had some strange white stuff on an area of the carpet in the main room & some loose tags on the night stand. Bathroom looked like it had been cleaned so we just kept this room. Remote for TV didn't work but they gave us one that did work. Wall paper was peeling in both rooms we were in.

We walked into the room and there was a large size empty liquor bottle by the bed. Our baseball team stayed there for the weekend and the main reason was for the swimming pool. On Friday we got in and found so much unsanitary items in there. We notified the staff and Saturday they advised it would be closed for the weekend.

We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns but ended up disappointed in the quality & service at this particular Hampton Inn.
Let me just say we checked in on a Thursday (my husband noticed a small sign on the bathrm mirror saying housekeeping now cleans rooms “every other day) We thought ok, we can deal with that - on Friday we had to ask for two bath towels as the two original ones were still too wet to use - by Saturday, the Kleenex dispenser was empty, one of the two TP rolls was empty, & both wastebaskets were full! We checked out Sunday and never got our room cleaned up! We understand many businesses are trying to economize but we went from Thursday to Sunday with NO room cleaning! That is just not acceptable!

The pool area was very dirty. Lots of built up dark colored scum around edges of pool and hot tub. Jets did not work in hot tub. The sleeper sofa in room was not functional. Could not even sit on sofa as springs were busted all the way to the floor. Kids had to sleep on sleeper sofa bed mattress on the floor. I asked for a different room and was told every sleeper sofa in the hotel was the same and broken from kids jumping on them.

As always Timothy was a gracious host as was the young lady w/ the black curly hair. The Hamptons are my go to stay especially in Roswell because of the friendliness, quality & cleanliness of the room plus the tasty breakfast fare. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as it was.
