Great room very clean loved the water pressure

Everything is good, we love it

They were remodeling the floor up above us. We left the room all day because it was so noisy. Then they started up again early the next morning. Great place to stay if it wasn't so noisy.

Renovation was in progress and was not informed of that until we got there also was told that we could somehow print off our airline tickets but when it came time to do it no one seemed to know anything about it and we were out to hoe our own.

The queen bed was excellent. This is an older property without frills. It is an a bargain for the modest price charged. The staff was friendly at check-in and check-out. The continental breakfast includes instant oatmeal with milk, rolls with jam and butter, bananas, and lots of coffee. We were on the 2nd floor and used the elevator. The ice machine is downstairs. We will visit again.

Nice hotel for a good price.

i had a nice clean room. It was very quiet for Saturday night. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was terrible. No protein. All cheap carbs and sugar with small to go coffee cups. Luckily Deenys, Starbucks, McDonalds wihin walking distance. But disappointed thry didnt have at least a hardboiled egg.

The main purpose of my stay was business. Website says there is workspace and printer available - not so. There's nothing!! Created a huge problem for me. Smoking section is located at the entrance. No ashtrays, so there's cigarette butts everywhere. Also, no outdoor seating area at all. The desk clerk suggested sitting on the one bench at the entrance in the smoking area.

I was pleasantly surprised at how pretty the room was. Front desk very welcoming. I only stayed one night but i will definitely be back.

Hotel under construction to renovate. Homeless around the area. They can do better on cleaning as the night stands were dusty. Evening front desk was helpful but the morning lady was grumpy. Travelled with kids and one of my kids woke with bug bites from the pull out couch. Notified the front desk but she didn't seem to care.

Nice

When we walked to our room, we were thinking that the place could use some TLC, but thought it would be a good place to catch up on some rest. My wife was coming down with a cold and we were hoping to sleep a little extra. At about 7 am, we started hearing, pounding, drilling and loud thuds from the room above. When we tried to leave the elevator was very, very slow and was covered with dust and wood particles. Not a place to stay unless you are a very early riser.

Was not happy that i was given a Handicap room when i didn't need one and the room cross from me sounded like someone was dying .the room look Outdated and if you not from the Area it was hard to Find any channel to watch cuz It did not make any sense with the Guide

Good- clean room, cheap, pleasant staff. Bad- no pool, no gym, skimpy breakfast, hall paint yellowed as if from smoke, narrow, only one ice machine, only one elevator. Other guests appear homeless (torn shirt, no shoes, dirt on skin, dog leash made from ethernet cord).

Don’t stay here. Ripple in hallway carpet the whole way down fall hazard. Front desk incompetent charged me twice for the room. Mold in the bathroom. Pillows are not real pillows. Worst hotel experience and not up to Hampton standards.

Dingy hotel

A very comfortable stay. Breakfast is fine but could be better.

Checked in very late and was helped by the lovely woman who got a cot for our son who had to stay one night not planned at the hotel since our flights arrived so late.

Perfect place for our purpose. We were on the go. The location was perfect and the hotel was clean and updated.

The whole place just had an off-putting smell to it. The shower did not function properly. Most of the water continued to run out of the faucet and only a trickle came out of the shower head.

Good Stay

Overall not bad stay. A bit on the older side but still clean and comfortable.

Unclean, unfriendly staff, unsafe.

It appears they have done some remodeling and have some current upgrades in process. The room and property was ok, bed was very hard, noise from the rooms above was a bit annoying.

The Continental breakfast was a limited selection of food items and only one table and two chairs for dining.

The breakfast service was terrible. EVEN THE SPACE WAS TOO SMALL FOPR BREAKFAST. The TV didn't work and we had to have help each night getting it started, and then it stopped many times. For $250 a night, I would not recommended this motel to anyone! No room service happened when we were gone for the day.

We stayed in room 202, directly above the lobby door. Every time it closed from 6 AM to 11 PMish, it was like someone was slamming our bathroom door. The floor vibrated. They need to fix the door (very heavy), or place a door stop. Nothing like getting woke up in the morning with a slamming door, every morning for a week. Not to mention when we are sitting in our room it was pretty consistant. Fortunately we weren't there much during the day. Mentioned it to two different people, didn't matter. The "Continental" breakfast was probably the most minimal I have seen and there was only 1 table and 2 chairs to eat in the lobby. On a good note it was very clean and had sleeping arangements for 4. Probably would have been fine at the other end of the building but sold out during Olympic trials.

Room was clean and located conveniently near highway and shopping.

It was a little smelly, unfinished and a very sad breakfast.

For the Eugene area it was a pleasant hotel. Of course the summer prices are ridiculous but what can you do. It's really easy to get to from the freeway and a mall across the street.
