An absolutely fabulous hotel with the very best of decor and staff customer care. Extensive grounds and an amazing aray of sporting facilities and spa areas. Top quality food in extremely comfortable surroundings and an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel provided an efficient shuttle service to both a local rail station and the larger Odawara major train station.

The hotel was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. There was a lovely welcome and check in process, the hotel and its grounds were immaculately cared for and the facilities were outstanding and all staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again next time.

The staff is amazing! We stayed one night but we wished we added more days. We will definitely come back. The main factor is the staff's respect, willingness and accomodations. They are great. One if them us Halumi I think.

This was our second year staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the combination of sea and forest is really lovely. Last year it was excellent in every respect. This year, however, it was so crowded with families and young children that navigating the breakfast area was really a challenge. The hotel uses only the finest ingredients, and the service is very fine, but so many young children not under parental control spoils the atmosphere. If a separate area for families with young children could be set up, or separate dining times that could improve everyone's enjoyment of this fine hotel.

I chose this hotel to take my mum with walking problem. They have spacious, clean swimming center and onsen hot spring in the connected annex. Our room was on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of Sagami Bay. It suited our purpose but it is NOT a place to get about by public transport. It is isolated on the hill and their free shuttle bus runs only once every hour to Odawara. However for a quiet, relaxing few days, it was perfect for us! Breakfast had a big selection and the staff were very friendly. (Special thanks to Aziz-san!)

The mountain view of the sea was beautiful. The room we stayed in was very nice. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. The pool, fitness center, hot springs, and service was very good. Super relaxing in calm mountain environment. Will go again for sure in the Autumn. Super relaxing.

Amazing facility, great view from the room and the service was excellent. The check-in process was quick and easy.
Food was good but not great, not as authentic as we expected for the Japanese food.

Everything was fine - however there is clearly a problem with either Hilton's IT systems, or Orbitz's IT systems... When I booked through Orbitz - I booked for myself, my wife and 4 kids. The kids ages are 15, 11, 9 and 5 - which you are required to input through Orbitz's site. I booked, and paid about a month in advance.
However, when I arrived, I was told that Hilton's booking system said that I had booked for 2 adults and 4 pre-school aged kids, and then they asked me for extra fees totaling more than 75,000JPY!! In the end, I didn't have to pay this - however, but it did put my stay off to a bad start. There is clearly something wrong with either Hilton's booking system, or Orbitz's booking system, or the API that connects the two or something.
Other than that, everything was fine.

The ocean view is beautiful. Howevet, the shower water pressure in the room was too weak. If you want to use the tennis court, golf driving range or miniature golf you have to pay more; should be provided for free. The bottled water tasted more like tap water than mineral water. The long hallway on the 3F towards the onsen and public shower area needs better lighting and probably a rennovation. The quality of the breakfast and dinner was sub par. The mattress is nothing like the Hilton in NYC for example; its ok but not amazing.

Many services were closed because of Covid but it didn't matter really. The pool was amazing and the onsen was a big plus. The room was very comfortable (half japanese tatami room) and large. Also so many activities around that you don't really need to go anywhere else. The restaurants and the night shop were expensive. Will come back when all the services are available.

One of the best hotel I stay in japan, however only con is that there’s no convenience store nearby and kinda out of The way - which is resolved by the shuttle bus ( only more expensive vending machine and night shop) else it would Be perfect area to stay

Splashed out for a birthday celebration for 1 night. The water area was great but there were many rules which unless we missed it, we did not see notification about, such as you need a swimmin cap to be able to enter the large pool. It was nice to spend the whole day there though.

It was surprised that there was no one stay at the main entrance when we arrived at 9:00pm. Whole family were required to join the membership in order to obtain one 500ml bottle of water free of charge. WE never have such experience in jp hotels. This was no good to think the way of obtaining peoples personal data.
