Good central location. Friendly welcome at reception.
Very comfortable bed with crisp clean bedding. Whole room very clean. Had accessible room which had all the expected features; wet room shower, shower seat and grab rails in all the appropriate places.
Continental breakfast provided in room: bread for toast, jam, cereal, fruit pots, tea, coffee and milk. More than enough.
Furniture is looking dated and in need of makeover but for the price it was a good deal.

A one night stop over. The complimentary breakfast supplies were generous with various options, the bed was comfortable and toiletries enough for the stay. Big screen TV was nice. The hotel itself is 'vintage' but very clean and the room bigger than the usual hotel room. A friendly check in experience.

The reception staff were very friendly and considerate. Location was quite and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom tap in the handbasin continuously dripped all night and the handle was leaking there was water all over the sink top, as well part of the screen door to the shower was missing.

Dirty room with stained, sticky carpets. The toilet was missing the flushing button, and the shower was dirty with silicone peeling off. The owners were rude and arrogant when approached about the cleanliness and had no interest in fixing the issues. $130 per night is a rip off for a property that should be classed as 1 star.

It was a real treat to stay at the Inn. The room was crisp and clean, all the amenities was there, i wish i could have stayed longer. Go and stay over, you will not be disapointed.

Good location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and excellent hotel nearby.
Only criticism was the lack of maintenance on some of the furniture and fittings in the room.

Check in was good, the manager was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable spacious room. A continental breakfast is included which is an excellent idea. Also a coffee pod machine, however a few extra pods would be nice. Bed is excellent very cosy, had a good sleep. Nice hot shower with plenty of room, but the shower head could do with an update. Kitchen is well equipped but a little attention to cleanliness is needed, eg appliances, rubbish bin could be wiped clean, cups & glasses sitting on a dirty mat. Very close to Star Hotel where you can get a fantastic meal, reasonably priced and plenty of food. Seems close to town centre by car. Other than our few nitpicks a great place to stay. I would stay again and recommend this motel to others for a good stay in Albury. Thank you.
