The hotel room was dirty. They had to give us a second room because of the filth and room issue.

It was super clean room. The only thing was the light in the bathroom was very dim. Bed was very comfortable!! Employee that checked us in was very friendly and informative.

The toilet in the room’s bathroom was uncleanly and I was not offered another room to stay in— even after the toilet got stuck and was unable to flush on te final morning—This caused having to go up to the minimal gym on the hotel’s top floor (18) to use the bathroom.

Some areas of the hotel was hot, guests that we were with said their rooms were hot as well. Arrived at the hotel a little after 3, did nit get checked into room until after 5. Was offered free breakfast but ended up still having to pay.

Your shower faucet was yell trying to figure out the temperature and switching from tub to shower head. Hot water was scalding hot.
Need better lighting around the microwave.

Valet was great but the AC in my unit wasn’t working and it took them a night to move me into a different room. Also at checkout I didn’t not get a itemized receipt.

I have to be honest. From the reviews. I thought my experience was going to be horrible. It actually was the opposite. From the time I arrived. Valet got our vehicle. Check in was smooth & fast. We stayed on the 18th floor which was the top floor & it was super nice. The room was clean, cold & comfortable. Convenient to walk wherever we needed to go. No problems during the 2 days we stayed in New Orleans. I will definitely stay here again.

It was great customer service. However the room smelled of cigarettes and mildew to the point where when I returned home the smell was embedded in my clothes. The carpets and floors were so dirty that my feet turned black if I didn’t have shoes on.

The guests staying next door to our room were a bit noisy @ 1:30 in the morning but, our overall stay was great. Very convenient to restaurants.

Liked the location.
Disliked being given a two queen bed room instead of one king as reserved. Said they could not guarantee room type reserved when booking through a third party. Hotel was less than 1/4 full so they did finally honor the room type reserved but made us feel like they were doing us a favor.

Accommodations, parking and cleanliness were perfect however the reception staff left much to be desired. No ore minimal greeting when I stepped up to the counter both to check in and check out. Upon leaving the lobby after check out, the loud talk, laughing and carrying on by the staff was very unprofessional. The area didn’t seem very safe.

The day we were to check out, there was a violent thunderstorm and raining extremely hard. We asked for a late checkout and were not provided one. We were flying out later that day and due to weather were stuck. The hotel was obviously not full during our 4 day stay. There was no reason we could not have been accommodated including changing us to a smaller day room etc.
