Every well kept Staff was very nice

Excellent hot beeakfast, friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms.

Good spot, quick sleep, breakfast could have been a lot better. Only 2 things for breakfast and quiche were gone by 815. How are you not prepared for the number of guests. Overall, nice stay disappointing breakfast

I felt very safe and slept so good. Bed was comfortable and access was convenient.

The elevator was broken when we arrived, and we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. I am disable, so you can see that was a challenge. The reason we did not go to another Hotel was because of the time we arrived. The other thing was that we were out of Shampo and Body wash, you think that housekeeping would check those items on daily basis. I will not be booking any more Fairfield in Hotels at all when I travel.

The Fairfield is kept in wonderful condition. It is located very near food options and a great coffee shop.

The staff was the best I've ever experienced in a motel. Everything was clean and the beds in the rooms were outstanding.

Housekeeping never came to my room. AC unit had NO knobs to make adjustments and was constantly running and was excessively loud. Streaming/TV options were poor, could not attached HDMI devices to stream from.

The property was well maintained and accessible. No problems.

It was quiet and allowed my sister and I to get in our steps walking and we had access to several restaurants within walking distance

We have always enjoyed Fairfield stays and I am sure this was disappointing due to cleaning crew and maintenance crew's shortcoming or may be this small town unit's management. First, the carpet was sticky, not spots, the whole room. We kept shoes next to bed to avoid touching the floor. Gross feeling. Next the sliding door to the closet by the bed was just hanging off one of the two rollers and the railing, the other roller and the handle were broken. We had to lift the two sections of the door and move out of the way to access inside and move back since the door touched the bed when it was open and could not get on the bed from that side. (Very small room - about twice the size of the king bed) I would have complaint and change room but we got there late and were leaving early the next morning.

The front desk employee was very kind and helpful. The breakfast spread was perfect for what we needed. The whole facility was very clean and our beds were comfy. We’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Lawton, OK.

Food was not great. Everything else was tiptop.

Room very nice and clean, staff on Friday and Saturday responsive Sunday breakfast was not even close to ready on Their time of 7am people waiting for meal phone was more important than customer service. Monday their time of breakfast at 6am not even close and the few items i chose were cold i sat to eat at around 6 30 when it was ready...travel time is some times predicted based on hotel schedules, they were not kept on Sunday or Monday.

Pool not open. Shower drain clogged. Bathroom sink drain stopper broken.
