A cute little room but with a massive comfortable bed, a nice shower and a little kitchenette.
A short, easy walk from Southern Cross Station and a block away from the #57 tram into the city.

Exceptional value for a short stay. I could not fault the cleanliness of the accommodation. The bed was comfortable and even shaving cream was provided. My only criticism is that the air conditioner did not seem to react to the remote request to change the temperature. I will be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was compact but very nice, and it had everything necessary for self-catering. The shower was especially nice, the bed was really comfortable, and the folks at the front desk was great. The neighborhood was fantastic too - groceries and restaurants just around the corner, and easy access to public transport.

Miami was exactly what I was looking for...budget accommodation that was clean, comfortable and secure - walking distance to the CBD, with public transport on the doorstep and the amenity of Errol Street close by.

A good price for a student and had a comfy bed and own bathroom. Cleaning each weekday. Only one issue was i was on 2nd floor and had to walk up and down stairs as no elevator. But maybe that was a good thing to push me to exercise.

I'm a little old lady of 79 and was on my own. The staff were all great and helped me where necessary. I didn't feel the streets were appropriate for me being out at night so I stayed in the hotel in the evenings.
One suggestion that I would make would be to put a nicer photograph of the hotel on the website rather than like a back yard.

Nice relatively cheap place to stay. Only really used the room to sleep in. Room had a king bed that took up most of the space, bathroom looks to be renovated recently so that was nice. Lots of noise in the morning from traffic.
