Great stay, exactly what we were expecting. Rooftop pool small but sufficient for a cooling dip and play with the kids. Accommodating for breakfast for my daughter who is gluten intolerant (we let them know in advance). Buffet breakfast adequate for setting up for the day. Free water can be obtained from.the gym. Staff helpful with directions, getting taxis etc (although then realised a taxi rank right outside). Plenty of great eateries within a 10/15 min walk.

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean but the airconditioning is rubbish. When I complained I was told the Spanish government restrict it to 27 degrees but I can see that doesn’t apply to individual rooms so it feels a bit deceitful to tell me that. If you can sleep in hot temperatures this is a great place to come

Building construction close to the hotel and much noise between rooms and from the cleaning staff.

We enjoyed a comfortable 1 night stay in a Triple room. Breakfast was very good. Its a nice modern hotel in a good area, 20 mins walk from some of the main streets. The roof terrace is nice to sit out on, though the pool is very small. Would be nice to cool down in though.

Great hotel to stay while visiting Barcelona. They offered nice breakfast and staff was very professional.

Beautiful and quiet. Big comfy bed and clean rooms.

Rooms were very run down, handles were falling off bathroom door, lights didn't work and the switches were broken. Bed was large and had good pillows but duvet cover kept falling off which is a bit gross. Air-con was okay but when not on the room was very hot and musty. Overall the rooms need a redo. Hotel location is okay, not far away but not really near anything, ten minute walk to two different Metro stations. Big construction going on next to the hotel, when the windows were closed it couldn't be heard but that meant the room was very stuffy.

Property was ok. However did not agree with 4 star rating. Basic facilities. Very noisy at night onside due to all doors to rooms all off a single 7 storey atrium and room walls being very thin.

Everything about this place was top tier. Room was amazing. Spacious, always kept clean with fresh sheets and towels replaced daily. Bathroom was big too with lots of room. Appreciated the fridge so I could keep my drinks cold. Location is amazing. Right in the centre of Barcelona. Most things can be reached within walking distance or Metro/Bus are a few minutes away. Only problem I had was with the gym. It's hardly a gym. Just a room with gym equipment in. I think a lot more enthusiasm needs to be pushed into refurbishment and upgrading of the current "Gym" facilities. I have more equipment at home lol. Other than this, would definitely stay here again.

Nice area. Hotel itself on common areas are unkept. Bathrooms are large. Lamps and light fixtures were fixed with tape and were not well kept.

Nice hotel. Not walkable to any tourist sites but in a nice area 16th plenty of taxis and busses. Good breakfast for a fee. Nice room and very comfortable.

Amazing location and great team. Nice to have a small gym on site too. Very comfortable hotel the only issue is noise from other rooms - very bad sound insulation so if you have a noisy neighbour it can be challenging.

Decent hotel ideally suited for touring Barcelona (to be honest public transport is so good no matter where you stay would be ideal). Family room had plenty of space, lovely and modern with decent bathroom. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Front door had code to get in at all times which felt secure. Plenty of supermarkets, sandwich shops and restaurants (and pharmacy) with a couple of minutes. Short walk to nearest bus stops and metro, can get almost anywhere within 15-20 mins. Breakfast was small but decent selection of pastries, cereal, cold meats and cheese, cooked bacon and egg, plus fresh fruit and yogurt. Very happy with this hotel, no issues.

10min walk to the Metro. Friendly and helpful staff that knew English. Great coffee and breakfast.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable rooms but can get some noise from other rooms at the side above and below! So poor sound insulation. 'Pool' is more like a bath and while the sun deck is a nice touch it's next to a building site so massive construction noise from 8am to 5pm most days. The gym is ok, but some kit broken. Some parts of the hotel a little dated but it's still a very nice hotel. Check out was painfully slow - only one person working and impossible to check out in a hurry! So factor that in if you need to leave fast.

Nice roof deck with bar and splash pool (probably gets little use). Good sized rooms and comfy beds. Needs updating as A/C is noisy and not great.

Nice property located a bit far away from metro/bus stop and main attractions. Nice restaurants within 20 mins walk. Staff nice and helpful, room super spacious and bed very comfortable. However there was a lot of noise even during the night or early in the morning with door slamming all the time and the air con wasn’t the best. Overall recommended.

The front desk clerk was so sweet and kind. Nice location and very clean .

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, bathroom not really clean and lady who welcomed us talked about us with het griend behind our backs, not really professional. Location is good.

Hotel was a one stay. Close to metro and central area Rooftop pool and views were great. Nothing special but clean and decent breakfast.

Construction next door was the only negative, great property, nice area and the rooftop bar is excellent, best bartender ever

A bit too far from the centre on the quiet side of Eixample.I did not like the look of the hotel with staircase in the middle and all the rooms around

Overall the hotel was fine. I didn’t care for one of the male staff who was somewhat unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends.
