Ughh. Rooms are uncomfortable- lighting is limited and there is no way to feel like the lights are on, just a few lamps in corners. Fridge is not cold. Had to go back and forth, upstairs and downstairs one night 3x because the room key didn’t work. Do not plan to eat breakfast here - they basically try not to serve anything edibl - for 3 days straight they had only bowls to eat from. This is a small hotel and there are not a ton of people - even early in the morning they were out of 2/3 hot items for a solid 20 min - no attendant, no coffee or hot water, no oatmeal, no yogurt. Basically dry cereal, muffins, and waffles were available.

Well appointed. Courteous staff. Good food. Only downside was housekeeping every other day.

Hotel was easily assessable and staff very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Couch in living area not comfortable. Issue with air conditioner not working properly. Set at lowest temp and would blow cool air, but would cycle off when room not at temp set. Not HOT in room, but too warm for sleeping comfortably.

This was the worst room ever. Even after we complained we were told we could a full refund if we called hotels.com. They did their best but the hotel lied. Our room was 101°. There was no AC running. This was on the third floor. We checked out at 7am to just get out of there. Will never be back because of the lies and failure to make sure we were comfortable.

SpringHill suites are a good stay. My children love the area, so that matters. Facilities and room are always clean and smelling good. Sleep is peaceful cause it's quiet. Housekeeping should make sure the occupied rooms are stocked with toiletries and towels, that's my only complaint. Front Desk usually helps out with that if you go down to request it and they're all very nice and attentive. Other than that nice area and nice stay.

Bathroom of assigned suite was not properly clean. Bathtub, shower liner NOT clean. Shower liners should be replaced after each guest leaves. These were dingy and brown. Tub and sink had rust stains.
Toilet under rim filthy and downright nasty.
Carpet of on floor old and should be replace.
Overall facility should be renovated

The wifi didn’t work. And when I asked one of the front desk staff where the ice machine was, he told me the second floor, saw me go to the elevator but didn’t tell me the elevator wasn’t working. I didn’t find that out until I overheard him telling someone else. There were also fleas in my room.

Front desk clerk was watching a video on her ohone and didn't properly acknowledge ir greet me. I waited for 2-3 mins at cou ter with no one around. Then i was assigned to a room where another guest had been checked in. She apologized and made it right.

This hotel has roaches. Large roaches. There’s a stench when you walk in and a stench in the room. When we found a roach in our hotel, 2 hours after being there, we told hotel staff and asked them to come kill it l, to which they said no, they couldn’t leave their desk. SO I told them I wanted to check out immediately. I was told nothing could be done about it until the manager got there the next morning and I still haven’t received an answer or a refund from this property or Expedia. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I should add that we had a tornado knock our electricity out at our home so we just needed somewhere decent to sleep. Definitely disappointed.

The suite itself was very nice. And the staff was friendly.
Unfortunately, they had to cut the water off twice to fix a broken main pipe. The first time, we got plenty of warning. The second time, we got no advance warning; a note slipped under the door saying it was happening. I was about to take a shower. So much for that idea.
Because it is right on the edge of a major shopping area (Katy Mills) the traffic was pretty bad (we were there for week of 12/20-12-/27). Certainly not the hotel's fault, but we won't stay there again if we can help it.

We ended up staying here during Christmas because my dad's house had too many people, and the choice to stay here was correct. The bed was pretty comfortable, the sofa bed equally so, the breakfast selection was good, and the location was good. Staff was friendly and courteous no matter what time of day or night we came in. Absolutely got the bang for our buck. Would definitely recommend staying here.
