Best hotel in Dubai. Delicious breakfast. Big swimming pool and a stunning sea view.

Hotel was perfect for the family! From room to breakfast to swimming pools were on point for everyone, especially the children.
To also have free access to wild Wadi, Legoland water Park, Legoland, motion gate theme park was awesome.

Wow wow, this property is so beautiful. The staff was amazing. Restaurant food very delicious. The resort is very spacious, there is plenty of activities for adults and children to enjoy and explore. I will definitely be returning.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. A lot of activities. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet in Arberotum. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Best location - between the Palm and Downtown Dubai. Unique boat (Abra) transport system to go around the resort

Staff at main desk and concierge did not inform us properly about the half board, although they should have, asked a few times to different staff and they were quite clueless

Suite was small and didn’t have a separate living room space.
Terrible checkin experience. We had requested cancellation for one of our two reservations. Hotel team didn’t process request until after arrival and denied refund even after trying with multiple staff onsite and on the phone.

5 stars won’t cut it. I would give this place 10 stars. Luxury, the most respectful and helpful staff. This place has everything you need. You don’t even need to leave this place: places to shop, eat with different options, and you are treated like a celebrity!

This property gives you everything you need, from safety, to relaxation and so much more. The pool is great with service all day long, and the beach is quite simply paradise , again with service all day long. The buggies and boats around the hotel complex are a great addition to in getting around, if your lucky your see the peacocks roaming the lawns. Our second visit has not been a disappointment, it's been an excellent stay and more.

For a hotel chain like Jumeirah al Qasr, I went here with certain expectations that were unfortunately not met. For example, simple requests that were made in a timely manner, both by telephone and via chat and WhatsApp, were not carried out. An example of this is the arrangement of the beds and the request to place a prayer rug in the room. As far as we are concerned, the service at valet parking could be much better. Such as offering help with carrying the bags. Regarding cleaning the rooms, it would be nice if clean drinking glasses were provided. In addition, food waste remained in the hallways for a long time before being cleared away. At some point it started to smell. Further in our room the rain shower was leaking. The breakfast buffet was very generous and diverse. The beach was also great. The service on the beach was also optimal.

Best buffet we have ever had ! The room has a great view of the ocean and surrounding area, checked us in when we turned up at 6am well before check in. All of the staff were lovely and helped with anything we needed, great spot close to all the highlights of dubai

Wow!!! The property is luxurious and stylish and exceeded expectations- truly an arabian palace. All staff from checkin, room attendants, butlers, restaurants, buggy drivers were impeccable. The board rides around the property were a delight. Great food, good location and beaches were also very nice, flat and blue. I had the time of my life

Disappointed by service and poor staff training. I received multiple calls telling me about check out time. They had very limited items for in room breakfast. I raised a concern about an issue, it took them hours to respond.

Opulence to detail. Beautiful hotel inside out. Shopping bazaar, spa, professional polite staff, ocean, restaurants, bars and lounges with impressive views… all on a territory of a large luxurious resort property.

If you are used to good service and want a top class service from a 5* hotel then this is NOT the place! Absolutely horrible experience and would not go again. Went with family of 12 and staff were rude, unfriendly and not a single smile on anyone’s face. Receptionist rolling her eyes and talking under her breath to colleague, not showing any concern or kindness to family with small children and babies. Security guard treating you like you trespassing and stopping you each time asking for room number and asking to show room cards. If you are EXPEDIA gild member you DO NOT GET ANY BENEFIT FROM THIS HOTEL BEING A VIP! They say we have room availability but we need to sell so no upgrades. Ground and property is beautiful but its a shame about their service. If you want to make your money worth while I suggest you go to Atlantis, you are paying same if not less and getting much better service and amenities. Coming to Jumeirah after Atlantis was a shock to a system, wish we stayed at Atlantis for the whole duration but Jumeirah? never again!

Amazing hotel, great service and staff and use of other hotels and facilities in the surrounding area. Very clean and maintained as a 5 star!! Best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai and will definitely come back again.
