The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure great, hygienic amenities were well stocked, and the tea/coffee/kettle and complimentary bottles of water were such a plus! As VIP Expedia members we received a sparking wine to enjoy which we did in their garden on a wonderful evening. The whole experience was great from beginning to end!

Andrea & team were wonderful hosts! We had a fantastic time staying at the property & exploring Venice. Their breakfast & courtyard were quite lovely. Will book again!

This place was great! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and what to see & where to go in Venice. They gave us GREAT restaurant recommendations. The back garden area was a huge plus. The breakfast which was not included, but worth the small cost! And the location was awesome too.

This hotel was amazing, clean, and a 5 minute walk from the bus station as well as 7 minutes from the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service.

Weird set up to room. Not close to shopping or nice restaurants. Slow response time from staff when asking for items such as an additional pillow or iron.

Convenient for being close to Piazza Roma where all the taxis, buses are. Nice, modern and clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. Not great.

Spacious suite & great location. The hotel breakfast had many options. Lots of shopping & restaurants near by. Easy walk from the train station but also water taxi nearby too.

Room and bathroom very comfortable, air conditioning was fantastic and worked very well, bed and pillows great, faced courtyard which was so quiet but also walls are cushioned which also created more quiet among guest rooms, clean bathroom, updated shower heads, breakfast buffet had good options, and the staff are excellent!!! So helpful and responsive! Location was ok as it is always a walk into and around the Rialto and Carnneregio where the better restaurants are. On rhe other hand, great option if you have big luggage to get in and out of Venice. Staff, air cond, and rooms though definitely make this a place I would come back to and recommend.

Great place to stay!

The staff were exemplary and went out of their way to help. It was in a fabulous position near the bus depot and very easy to navigate the waterways for sightseeing. There were plenty of nice eateries in walking distance. The breakfast and gardens were great, you couldn’t have asked for anymore so close to the main city. A very pleasant stay.

This is a nice hotel with a great location. We stayed pre cruise and got our transportation to Chioggia at Piazalle Roma which was a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is near many water buses and lots of good dining options within a 10 minute walk. I would stay here again.

The hotel was great very clean and comfortable. The location was great very close to the train station. The staff was amazing very helpful. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. We were extremely disappointed bc we booked a final view and instead had a view of the bus station. There are no cars in Venice except out my window! The hotel had no Roma that faced the canal without the bus station parking lot too so we had no choice but to stay. We would not have stayed here if we knew the view was of a tiny piece of canal and mostly a busy, noisy bus station. Again, the hotel and staff are very lovely but not what I expected after traveling 4600 miles.

The staff are always available, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was delightful and the location is very convenient for Piazzale Roma where the buses and taxes are.

Location is good if you’re traveling next day very early to Marco Polo Airport and taking the bus. But if you’re planning to stay without that rush, we’ll recommend some other nicer and more central location. The room shown on the picture of the reservation didn’t match what we got. It wasn’t as nice, was enclosed and we could hear the next door people. The staff was nice and helpful and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to the train station and bus station. There were plenty of restaurants and shops and landmarks within walking distance. The room was very comfortable. I recommend.
