Really clean, excellent location. The breakfast was as expected but we opted to cook oirselves or eat out.
The kitchenette is suitable for a less than a week's stay if you just do fast brekkie cooking

Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high.
Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port.
Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day).

Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice breakfast. Fridge was big enough to store food for several days. Bathroom was a bit small but practical. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. A good bonus was the laundry room.

Cute safe place good for a sleep/shower before and after exploring the city. The door is password protected which was nice and there was basically always someone at the desk.
Only negatives were the toilets made the halls/rooms smell if they weren’t left closed and that there was always something happening (I understand regular maintenance needs to be done but two of our four days had someone in our room). Probably not always a things just seemed like a lot in such a short span.

Worst customer service ever. I had to leave the hotel right away, with that said I still was charhed for 2 nights. The receptionist guy was so rude, no parking for the car. He asked me to go park the car about 1 and a half miles from the hotel in the street. When told him the car is so expensive and it is so far to park rhe car, he said it is your problem. I went to see the room and looked uninviting. Don't advise

Big construction site right across the Street made for quite a lot of noise though nothing the hotel could control. Front desk personnel are friendly & helpful. Property is worn & needs renewing. Great location near restaurants, bars, grocery, public transit. Easy walk to Old Nice. Be cautious of purse snatchers & pickpockets in the area.

Out of pure desperation we booked this hotel. This is the single most sketchy and dirty hotel we have ever stayed in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This was single-highhandedly the dirtiest hotel we've stayed at in the Nice area. There was black mould all over the bathroom and the hotel in general was dirty. The area surrounding the hotel is very unsafe at night. We ended up leaving after only one night.

Room with a balcony which should have been nice, but other folks staying there were out on their balconies middle of night smoking, having arguments; a generator ran a few nights - no cleaning, no clean towels - definitely not a hotel, but an apartment living arrangement. The woman who hosted the breakfast every morning was very nice! Folks at the front desk were nice too!

This Adagio was just fine for our travels. The room was pretty big for a hotel room and had a little balcony overlooking a courtyard. The little kitchen was small but efficient. Our only issue - and not the fault of Adagio at all - the city is tearing down a huge building across the street and the sidewalk was all torn up. The hotel is right around the corner from the major tram line - close but spared the noise it creates. Nice itself is wonderful!

The hotel was easy walking distance to many local attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely rooftop pool.

The property was basic and rather dated. The living area was large and had a table for eating. The thing we missed most was there was no where suitable to dry our towels. There was no ventilation in the bathroom to allow our towels to dry. It would have been nice to have a towel radiator, perhaps the next time it will be refurbished they can provide this.
The location of the property was close to a tram stop. The outside of the property looked like you are in the middle of nowhere, but in the parallel street behind the property is a very busy high street with plenty of shops. There is a large Centre Commercial about 10 minutes walk away, with a huge Carrefour.

Staff are very unfriendly. Some of them are rude. Terrible customer service. Hidden cost, you have to pay $20 for cleaning which you discover there after you arrive. To change the towel you have to pay $5. Old furniture. The building is depressing. The kitchenette is super small. I will never go there again.

Do not stay for a few days. They charge for cleaning without notice on line. The fee is 20 euro.

The location was very good and in general the hotel was tidy and the staff was friendly. We had breakfast once and it was good. However, our toilet was poor, the shower and sink drains were blocked and we couldn't sit straight in the toilet since it was such a tight place, that felt very inconvenient.

We found the room small and cluttered. There was a unit that was inutile and made it difficult moving around. The bed had a plastic mattress protector that was so thin it didn't serve it's purpose as just ruched up and made an uncomfortable nights sleep.

this is a basic tourist hotel. Its in a good location in a not too busy area. Tram 1 runs up the street behind. Plenty of shops and food outlets nearby. Hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms have a small kitchenette so you can prepare breakfast and snacks.
We stayed 7 nights and made it very affordable.

good location, three minutes to tram, convenient to all. balcony pleasant view. bedding comfortable, wardrobe expansive. staff members friendly and efficient, good service, excellent English, would store your luggage free of charge for early arrival. yet refrigerator makes disturbing noise at night. would be perfect if room had full-length mirror.

We stayed a couple of days with our two young children and had a great time: the location is very convenient, equipment and facilities perfect for a family (there is a little corner with books and toys for children in the lobby), and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
