Hotels.com made reservation saying I would have a 2 bedroom suite with a king bed in one and the other with two double beds but when I arrived it was a 2 bedroom with a king bed in each. Thought we could use the couch to make up for the missing bed but when I opened the couch, the mattress was unusable! It was completely sagging in the middle so that even when we sat on the couch we slid to the middle. Worst couch ever! When I went to front desk, they explained that none of their 2 bedroom suites have that bed configuration at all so this was an error on Hotel.com end. They were very helpful in getting me a second room but it was an extra expense that I was not counting on whatsoever. The hotel staff apologized for the confusion but that doesn’t help my wallet.

Only there for an overnight stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable; breakfast was pretty good. Pool looked nice, but we didn't have the chance to use it. Solid experience, would stay there again.

The room was great. The bathroom tub and shower needed to be updated. Maybe one more garbage can. The only one was in the bathroom.

We stayed here the night before our cruise left. They were get about our very late arrival. Check-in was friendly and easy. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious, clean and quite. Both the night and morning staff were helpful. We would choose this hotel again.

The front desk staff is amazing. They are very accommodating, very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is great. And it's in a very convenient location, 5 minutes from the cruise terminals!

The reception desk had a very rude worker named Ethan he cursed us, gave us the bird middle finger and told my family to shut up during our check in process. Unacceptable behavior no hospitality in that hotel

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and upon our arrival, there was a cockroach in the bathroom that came up the drain. The drains should not be left uncovered by housekeeping.

We arrived later in the evening (~9pm) and no one was at the desk. The cell phone was sitting unlocked with a game running so knew someone was around. Quick check-in process. Room had a musty smell, felt damp. Easy walk to well supplied gas station, nearby fast food or casual Italian dining. Grabbed the extra blanket from the closet. Likely bed bugs as I woke with many red bites. Pool seemed nice. Convenient shuttle to port for cruise. Easy to spot driver.

Lovely hotel ideally located for cocoa beach and shops, short drive to Space Center.
Pool was lovely n quiet, parking is extra so do consider that, and don’t cross the grass (I stood in fire ants!)

The room could use a good clean. The hotel is clearly often fully booked. It needs a good deep clean. The floors felt sticky. We had minimal towels for a family of 5. I generally pick Residence Inn when traveling with my family for the space. That was still good! Room quality for the price was not good.
