We stayed 2 days in this small hostel. We enjoyed the pool and the comfort of the bed. Thank you very much to the reception staff for his kindness.

Utterly rude woman at the front desk. She add e check out an hour before the time stated in the rooms, just do she could leave work an hour earlier.

Entrance to the hotel is on the backside of the building. Reception was friendly, they have limited hours. Didn’t have any problems sleeping. Locations isn’t too far from town, right next to mercadona. Was inexpensive.

Clean, very nice hostel. No curtain or door to our shower, but in our private room and bath, so only problem was a little water on the floor after our shower.

Very clean but would benefit with aircon in the room instead of fans. Could also vary the breakfast just a little.

Second stay at the Hostal Bonany, it is a real find with everything well organised, friendly and of good quality. Swimming pool, terrace a great area to use. We had a small balcony to enjoy. We had 2 nights here to visit Palma and the cathedral.

Quiet and clean room, reasonable breakfast( 3,50€/prs) , nice pool and garden area. Only minus missing table top from bathroom and some extra hooks could be nice at least if you are staying several nights. All main attracions were in walking distance, about 20-25 min. from old town. Still Lots of restauranst nearby!

Great location for sightseeing on foot or bike. About 20 mins walk from most attractions. Clean, tidy, small but comfortable top floor room with a small balcony that had the sun all afternoon and evening. Large en-suite shower room with towels, shower gel, toothbrush and paste provided. Free WiFi. Very friendly staff, continental breakfast at a very reasonable price. Perfect for our short break.

Overall, this property is OK if one needs a cheap place where to stay and is not demanding.The first thing that annoyed be a bit was the receptionist's attitude. No matter how much I tried to be kind, smile and say "thank you" a thousand times. She always looked VERY pissed off and behaved as such. I couldn't even finish some of my sentences at times, she would interrupt me with her answer to finish the conversation.Secondly, I noticed how quick the cleaners were when cleaning the room next to mine. Now, this might have been a case, but it made me question the actual cleanliness of the hotel overall...?Finally, I chose it also due to breakfast for an extra 3,50 EUR pp. I paid, but later realised that the sweet stuff (e.g. croissant, pain au chocolat, plumcake) was that you get from cheap supermarkets... and the plastic packaging wasn't even removed!!! They basically bought a number of prepackaged snacks and served them as they were, which I found very embarrassing.

It was nice having the pool area after walking around all day. I would also recommend to buy the breakfast, excellent cappuccino too!

Truly helpful and wonderful staff. Told us about the local area and bus links to the main attractions. Really clean. Kids loved it, would stay again.

Location good for connection to Palma port area and close to Bus line 1 from airport. "Healthy" and somewhat complex walk up from seafront to hotel but once you worked out route and nearby local restuarants/pubs -all good.

Had a pleasant stay at this small Hostal and I would stay there again.

This is a hostal not a luxury hotel- the room is very basic with no ac but has a ceiling fan. It is very clean. There is free street parking in a quiet neighborhood- with a lovely garden area with tables around the pool. The main downside is there is no lift. If your room is on the third floor you have to climb over 60 stairs from reception. Keep this in mind when requesting a room. It's a long way up with a heavy suitcase! The service is excellent with a very friendly accomadating staff offering a breakfast for 3.50 E each morning and on site bike rentals for 6 E for the day. The hotel is very clean with easy access to the waterfront and bus system. It is close to the Palma center and the port. For the price the hotel is an excellent value.

Clean modern well-equipped hostal with friendly service. Breakfast reasonably priced and more than adequate. It even had a small bar. I would defnitely recommend it.
