Clean and bright rooms

Minimalist, just the way I like it for the hotel in this price range.

Very clean, reasonably priced. Only downfall was the street construction in front.

Power and key problems for several days. Friendly staff. Good location for beaches and restaurants if you don’t mind walking a little.

The room was not as advertised in the pictures, and was SUPER small compared to my friends "same style" room. I was not happy with the room being unclean on the floors and bathroom... But the size of the room and the having 2 beds pushed together instead of separate was NOT what I asked for. The staff are great and friendly, but the rooms and facility in general is lacking. For the price, I would have gone to many other options.

The room is very basic. Room 910 there are 3 distribution boards in the cabinet. One of them is noisy like you have a shaving machine on all night. Nice lobby 5th coffee and snacks in check in, nice roof top next to the gym, go there on sunset

Amazing customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was fantastic. A short walk to the beach, and a short walk to the market. One area for improvement is the beds. Unfortunately, they are very hard and after 3 nights of sleeping on them, our backs were in pain. However, everything else about the hotel is great. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff is all amazing in the cafe.

The location was great, just in the middle of everything and all walkable. The only despite at this moment is the Ben Yehuda street was under construction.

Good location near the beach and lots of restaurants options. Hotel decor and condition were excellent all staffs were friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the street in front of the hotel under construction noisy in the early morning hours and challenging to walk on the sidewalks. But I think this is only temporary.

FANTASTIC receptionists. Nothing was too much, got a lovely breakfast to go on our early tour, helped accommodate us with showers etc. despite being checked out. Great clean & modern rooms. Only downside was the constitution outside the hotel and too firm beds (which is a standard in Tel aviv)

The hotel is located ideally. Bus connectivity is great and it will improve with the start of the tram which is being constructed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location near the beach is nice. Design and vibe of the hotel is modern, casual and comfortable, except there was NO hot water for my 5 am shower and no way to avoid going up and down stairs at the entrance while lugging your bags.

Location is great, just a very short walk to the beach, and good restaurants The room I felt was a good size, I found the bed itself quite uncomfortable and hard, and it was on wheels and would move if I sat upright. The bathroom very helpfully provided hair conditioner, but the shower is open and level with the floor so the whole bathroom gets very wet when you shower. The hotel itself is great, I like the design, the staff were very friendly, they also offer online checkin to make the whole processes quicker, and they helpfully looked after our luggage at check out so we could do more sightseeing. The best thing was the nespresso machines, they offer free coffee and have a lovely seating area in the lobby, which we loved. There is a gym, sauna and two balconies with views of Tel Aviv. Overall I would recommend, if it wasn’t for the bed I would have given 5 stars.

Little to do with pictures. Staff baraly speak English. Zero conciergerie. More like a hostel than a hotel

This hotel needs an urgent makeup. The first room they have given me I coulden't believe they sell those room for those prices. Afetr I complained they gave me a slightly better room.

Great Boutique hotel near beach and market. Good hotel for Canadian standards. Pay the small extra for breakfast it is so worth it large prepared breakfast and drink

The room was dirty and seemed to lack basic maintenance. This is a place I will not be returning to. Absolutely horrible. The front desk was polite as you’d expect…. But at check-out i was told they couldn’t provide a receipt for my stay. I will not be returning.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv ,close to all the excitement. A quite caring , attentive staff. Really enjoyed our stay!

It was very quaint and friendly. Danielle was amazing and answered all our question when we checked in!

Excellent location in the heart of town and in walking distance to the BEACH!!

The location is great. Two blocks from the beach and 10’ walk to the Carmel Market. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and the best part was the shower. Breakfast was delicious and with lots of variety.

Best hotel we had in a while. Very clean, staff is great and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the beverages corner and the cookies. We also had wines, fruits and cakes one afternoon.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and it was great. We were upgraded complimentary to the penthouse room with a huge terrace overlooking the coastline. It was clean, comfortable, a very short walk to the beach and the staff were friendly friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tel Aviv!

The room, shower was clean, the mattress was too hard for me. Breakfast is very reach service needs some improvment.

I ordered a room w a queen bed and got two hard as rock single beds pushed together. Staff was inexperienced and extremely slow while being rude dealing with my check in. Won’t be returning to this hotel

My son and I stayed for two weeks at By14 TLV and had a lovely stay. The service was great and the breakfast was amazing. Lovely staff. The location vas very good, both to the beach and to central places in Tel Aviv. We will definitely be back the next time were are in Tel Aviv.
