The hotel was a perfect spot to relax from a day of sightseeing/shopping. The rice paddy field at the rear of the property was so peaceful. It was lovely to watch the wildlife from the restuarant or room balcony.The staff were very helpful and friendly Ahn makes great drop filtered coffee and she has a very dry sense of humour. Anything we needed we just had to ask. Thank you

The staff were amazingly friendly and hospitable. Gorgeous back garden and pool area. Very peaceful considering all the bikes out on the main road. We had room overlooking street which was fascinating to watch at night (sipping beers on the balcony.)

Green view room with balcony overlooks a large pond and forest. Birds sing in the morning, bats and frogs at night, very tranquil. Fantastic. Great service. ONE CAUTION - be vigilant when having the hotel book transport or tours. Cost tends to be almost double what a local tour operator or other hotels might charge.

I have stayed 4 nights and had a pleasant stay. The room on the water side with a balcony was quite pleasant. The staff was very helpful. Trip, bicycle and bus to the airport was arranged for me in seconds.Very relaxing and good location not too close and not too far from the busy old town historic centre.

Manager, Ahn, was superb - helpful, friendly, funny and warm. The view from our balcony was rural and beautiful. Hotel decor is also very lovely. Would definitely return. Hoi An is also a great place to visit.

We had a nice stay, frindly staff. Unfortunately my mother got sick - maybe from the breakfast! Bad internet access. But nice swimming pool! We couldn't get the room we had ordered, we had the opportunity to move into "our" room the day after or pay extra for staying in the room we were given at arrival! I think after all it was the hotels problem we couldn't have the right room, and maybe they shouldn't have maked an extra charge!

A beautiful boutique hotel with incredible views of rice paddys. Extremely friendly staff who feel like family by the end of your stay. Highly recommended!

A little bit of a bike ride to get to the beach but well worth it. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast! FRESH Vietnamese coffee every morning was offered and paired with your choice of breakfast made for you. Their Pho was also one of the best Ive had all trip. I would definitely stay again.

An and a her staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Great location on quiet street thats easy distance to river walking and easy distance to beach as well. Breakfast is extra special with a great nature view outback.

Thein Thanh is set in a quiet area of Hoi An about 10min walk to the main market and all the other tourist based shops of the area. The staff are very willing to assist you in making decisions about where to go and what is best, there knowledge is quite extensive and we relied on their professional knowledge of the best places to visit and the best restaurants to eat at, not once were we disappointed with the advise. The rooms are well appointed and kept very clean (rooms serviced) every day. They provided a laundry service which as usually a same day service. We are happy to recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be close to the main areas of Hoi An but set back a little from the hustle and bustle of the hotels closer to the main areas. Over all a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable stay, many thanks to "An", the manager who made sure every thing was "just so" during our stay

A slightly longer walk to the centre than expected but you can get there in 10-15 mins. Breakfast very good and nice back terrace to sit on. Good for short stays.
