Lovely hotel, big room, beautiful views!
From the valet to check in staff everyone was very friendly. The hotel offered vouchers to the hotel restaurant for food and another voucher for Starbucks and other breakfast dining options in the hotel to offset the resort fee. I I’ll definitely stay at this property again

We were supposed to get a credit for the first day because our flight got cancelled and we could not get there. I cancelled the 1st night stay from the airport when we found out our flight was cancelled and I was never given a credit for it.

Everyone was fantastic!! Ronald was incredible with hospitality and recommendations at the front desk (also another front desk gentleman from Australia) and Kenny was 2nd to none in dining during breakfast. Also Rami was fantastic at the birch bar. We will be back and hope to see all of them! They made my wife’s birthday so special!

Loved our stay, The Self Park garage made it super easy to take my Car out whenever I needed during my conference. The Buffay breakfast was incredible and service was always excellent. We’ll definitely stay again

Good location for when you have a car. Better rates when combined with room rates. Garage super convenient below building. In-house dining and breakfast options available. Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins.

I like the fact that there's everything in the hotel from Starbucks to great bar & restaurants which means one need not leave the hotel.

Hotel rooms are nice, clean, roomy. Due to a hotel worker strike, the services were limited. Loud music in lobby was irritating.

Victoria at the front desk gave us EXCEPTIONAL customer service! She had a wonderful smile, was very welcoming and an overall great attitude. We felt cared for and as if she was genuinely happy we were staying at the Westin. We can only hope our paths cross again. Thank you, Victoria! We wish all customer service was as good as yours!

The hotel was disappointing in that they are so overpriced for everything. A cup of tea $6!
Location seems safe but quite a walk to anything worth doing or seeing other than a museum close by. Restaurants nearby seem to be only those in hotel.
Really should provide coffee, tea, water in lobby like most other hotels in city.
Bed comfortable, decent shower, but if you are expecting a water view you will not find it from the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel in a great location. Drop off/on location for the hop on hop off sightseeing trolley. Great restaurant in hotel and starbucks. Super convenient! Highly Recommend.

Although I checked in through the app, I was unable to retrieve my key or access the room. I attempted to use the chat option within the app, but received no response. When we arrived at the hotel for an in-person check-in, the manager informed us that our room had been given to someone else, and we had to wait for another room to become available. As a result, we were unable to shower or change clothes before our evening event.

Beautiful except for the FIVE interruptions BEFORE 8am. 11:50pm dog 🐕 barking, 5am knocking on door (2X’s) then phone rang to ask if we wanted shampoo, at 7am knocking on door to see if we were checking out that day!!

Very nice accommodations. Was surprised you didn't need a key card to get to the room floors. The beds were not the most comfortable for two people. Valet parking was $59 per night and my vehicle sat outside the hotel for two of the three nights there, didn't expect that for the cost of the parking.

I selected a king bed and they gave me a queen because they gave away my room. They would not find another room or discount the change because they said that I booked through a 3rd party

When we checked in the front desk, I’ve never seen a dryer less friendly front desk person in my life. The location of the hotel was not convenient supposed to be near the water but nowhere do you see water or are there any kind of views and I’ve never stayed in a Hotel with such small beds.
