Cruise like feel. Paid for all inclusive but it was limited to very low end drinks. Cocktails were poorly mixed and did not taste great to include the sangria; stick to beer or wine. Very nice servers, very friendly. No sit down restaurants on property, all meals were buffet style. The jacuzzi heat stopped working after the first day we arrived, informs the front desk daily, they replied with the same reply daily, we will submit a maintenance request. Unfortunately, did not get to use during our stay. Good location, next to a mall and the beach. Had good activities for children on the weekend. If your looking for a getaway to spoil yourself or it’s a special occasion, I would recommend a different hotel.

I really liked it here, clean and spacious rooms and all the staff are amazing and very helpful. The queue for the lobby bar wasn't great but that was the only negative. The pools were great, as were the daily aquafit classes, such good fun. I liked the food, there are loads of choices so you couldn't go hungry, some of it could have been a bit hotter but I tended to wait for the freshly cooked items i.e king prawns, squid and steak. The location was ideal being right on the beach and a nice level walk into the town. Beautiful sunrises too.

The bartender didn`t know how to make a decent Mojito and the restaurant wasn`t cosy more like a dinner hall. The food was`t nice at all.

Relatively clean and tidy but you could tell it has been closed for a while due to covid.

Love the hotel, great staff. Unfortunately one of the pools is empty and its like a building site. They are working on it but dont know how long it will take.

The hotel is on the flight path of landing aircraft, less than 300 feet above. The frequency of aircraft and the noise would ruin our stay, we decided within an hour to leave and find a restful hotel. It is unacceptable this issue is not noted for would be customers, at least so they may make an informed choice

Unfortunately hotel is a bit run down. Flies everywhere. Pool is lovely except for flies. Towels need all replacing very old. Entertainers are excellent can’t fault them. Food not great / luke warm. Fresh omelettes unfortunately disappointing where they didn’t use spoons to add ingredients used hands with gloves on but got other ingredients in it I didn’t want.

Fantastic friendly hotel. Rooms a good size with comfortable beds. Restaurant and bar staff great. Hotel on the beach with plenty of walks.

The hotel is conveniently located to the beach, taxi stand, bus stop and to the local mall. The grounds are very pretty with trees, various plants and flowers which adds serenity to this complex. The staff are very friendly and we rarely found one not smiling. They all were willing to help. I will and have recommended this hotel.

Lovely beach front hotel on the outskirts of Caleta De Fuste. Sandy bays directly outside the hotel are beautiful along with a wonderful promenade that runs the length of the resort. The Atlantico shipping centre situated next to the hotel is now full of shops, eateries and a supermarket. There are great shows at the hotel, some by the animation team. The Lion King production was great, well done team. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies in the restaurant.

The staff in particular the Animation team really make the whole experience and stay superb, all very friendly and kind.

Excellent stay.beatiful stay.staff excellent.near beach...the only thing wrong was the room we stayed in we were looking at two big industrial skips for a week.not a nice view.and room is close to lift and staff cleaning area so was noisy early in the morn.room number 200.I will be back.just a different room next time...top place.

Nice hotel, some of the reception staff let this hotel down

Enjoyed 5 night half board stay with my partner in March 2016. Weather was mostly cloudy and windy with the odd bit of sunshine which meant too cold for swimming which was disappointing as the pools looked promising! Hotel cannot help being under the flight path if you only want 15 minute taxi transfer from airport. A relaxing stay with good and plentiful food. Efforts were made to vary evening meal with various cuisines each night. Very clean room and hotel areas. Spacious and pleasant. Would stay there again.

We had 3 nights at this hotel. We were very happy with the hotel and the food was very good. The location to the beach is excellent. The hotel's pictures do not do it justice. The weather was disappointing but it was the island that disappointed me the most. Having been to other canary islands, and liked them, this one is ugly and boring. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone but not Fuerteventura, unless you just want a complete rest or lying around is your "thing".

first impressions hotel was very clean and reception staff efficient. First room was rather cold and dingy asked for a different one and this was ok position bit more sun. Rather a long walk to reception especially when key card doesn't work which happen at least 4 times. Cleaners good I unfortunately there is a problem with the towel suppliers as often we did not receive clean towels and was told these had not came in from laundry suppliers. Not the hotels fault but very noisey in morning from the birds and again early evening, planes on certain days very noisey on some mornings. Had breakfast in hotel which was very good and always got a table without trouble. Shows in eve were ok, casino is machines, lovely walk along the beach to the shops and restaurants, apart from the road and pavement and beach being refurbished therefore noisey machines most of the day. Lots of sun beds and a good entertainments team. Deposit for beach towels which was refunded when returned. Safe is 3 euros a day.
