We had an ok stay. Reception staff were rude when we arrived and when we checked out

Stayed in Alba Seleqta in August 2024. Hotel facilities were lovely and clean, towels changed ever day. bathroom had walking shower. Cleaning ladies did really good job.
Food was amazing, huge selection every day, prawns, mussels, steaks, chicken, fish, a lot of vegetables, salads, Fabulous desserts. Staff at the mealtimes very attentive, bringing your drink selection to the table.
Animation team seemed happy and eager to involve everyone.
Kids enjoyed slides.
The only bad thing was the neighbours we have had. there were 3 groups of 19-20 boys that came for party holidays. coming back from the night clubs between 1-6 am, being loud on the corridor and balconies, waking us up. Had to ring reception on 4 different nights during our stay and ask to go over and ask them to quiet down. It’s not hotel's fault but keep that in mind when booking Lloret the mar as it seems to be the place to attracts party groups.

Alba selecta Hotel is not good personal is not Very good have problem whit the staff worker frist day have pronlem my and my son going to lunch 14 :53 and dont let as to going eat because the closed at 15:00 so I'm have time still 7 minutes and have pay for all inclusive I was coming 14:53 there in restaurants because can not find the restaurants and the cik me out whit my son so cross the road from alba selecta its one bar and pizza have lunch there spent money to different restaurant pay to hotel for all inclusive that's was my last time there

Spacious Room but out dated. Old furniture but functional. Announced as two double beds but in reality was with 1 double and 1 sofa bed (small, old and not comfortable for my kids).

Everything went well, easy and quick check-in. Walkable distance to beach. Although staff could be friendlier. Sauna could be renewed a wee bit. Overall very good, can recommend.

When we came only for one night, the hot water doesnt work. After a long drive I would like to have shower.

Fantastic hotel and extremely close to the beach and shops, turn right at the hotel door and walk down . Hotel was very clean and room was very spacious, ( junior suite) air conditioning which is a god send. cocktails aplenty from 11-11pm . Very good selection of food buffet style, so something for everyone, wine beer or bottle water offered with dinner and lunch, evening restaurant manager is a lovely man, and dining staff are extremely polite. shuttle drop off is the top of the hill as streets are very narrow. 5 min walk so not too bad. Only negatives is night entertainment is not in English but fun all the same, and indoor pool ladders are not bolted to the floor so extremely dangerous... outdoor pool is lovely to have a dip in when too hot, all in all I recommend this hotel and will be back next year.

Checking out was a total nightmare, the lobby was packed with people attempting to both check in and out at the same time, and the staff was super slow. However, the location was good, the entertainment was fun, there are many good amenities (game area and such) and the beds were comfortable.

The staff at the property were very welcoming and helpful. Any issues we had or help in excursions and transfers were easily sorted out. Food service was good and the hotel itself is in a great location as you are a short walk from the beach and the town and shops but far enough away that it is a quiet location.

All inclusive food was great a vast range and variety of food every day to choose from, at lunchtimes there’s fresh food made up by the chef at the poolside if you don’t fancy eating in the restaurant. They also made up gluten free meals for my son if we tell them in advance what he wants. Would come back 😊

Would not rate this hotel more than a 3 star rating. The all inclusive guests were treated like second class citizens, being served last and were segregated to a separate queue at the bar.
Food was ok and there was a standard buffet available. The receptionist adjusted the restaurant opening times on our key card, indicating the restaurant opened later. This was not the case. When we went to dinner on our first night, there was not a lot left, so we went for earlier sittings for the rest of the week.
Very noisy at night and the pool was always full. Have no problem with children but the children at the resort were out of control. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is not the place for you!

Nice hotel close to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. Food is plentiful and delicious. The jacuzzis were cold water which was unexpected. The bathroom could use some caulking and mainenance. I would definitely stay again. Safe town and relatively quiet stay.

The room was very small, with a very uncomfortable bed, and a thin door right by the elevator, letting in every sound. The terrace door was hanging by one hinge, with a view of city, not the beach or pool. There was plenty of food, but it lacked flavor. Common areas were nice, and family-oriented. The beach was nice, as were the coastal hiking trails and roads. Very commercial area right around the hotel, but beach access was easy. Not a hotel to which we would return.

Pool very cold in October but indoor pool available. Food good especially breakfast. Receptionist a bit frosty but helpful. Asked for quiet room and that is what we got but sea view was more correctly described as “car park view”. Great location.

Reception staff unhelpful and moody. No grasp of real customer service. Food ok but cold on many occasions, the restaurant staff were very helpful and polite. 3 mins from beach which is a major plus. Rooms are comfy but got swapped to a worse room before I'd arrived in my opinion. Shower over bath is a bit old school but okay.

Pros: Me and my family had a great week at Alba. This was our second visit to Lorret De Mar. It is a nice hotel near to everything you will need during your stay. Food was excellent and different daily. Ali, the restaurant manager, was always welcoming and helpful. Great pool area which was always clean and safe. Great hotel for families.
Cons: You had to pay for wifi, fridge and the safe. I feel that this all should come free, as standard.
