Honestly everything was perfect, so nice and clean. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The location is great, it's close to both the old town and the bus stop to the airport. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come to Riga in the future.

The place could do with better pillows, and greater choice of coffee in the room. If you’re no fan on 3 in 1, then there is no other option. And please replace the cheap instant one to better quality coffee. Pillows need replacing, quite lumpy. Good selection of breakfast for a small additional cost.

Great hotel just a few blocks from the train station. Rooms super clean and super quiet. Comfortable beds, and great shower. Back door of hotel literally adjacent to the Old Town of Riga. Hotel bar was nice place for a nightcap after a day of exploring as well. In short, would absolutely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in a perfect location for all sorts of activities in Riga, the bus to the airport is just outside, Old Town is around the corner, the Market is seen from the windows. I honestly think if it had a pool, it would be classed as the five star property as everything there is 5*!

Terrible service arrogant staff mold in bathroom. Is actively supporting the Russian Federation and Belarus by providing/trading/buying products manufactured in sanctioned countries to hotel guests in violation of EU and International legislation and sanctions. Actively participating with Russian Organizations despite the sanctions. Tiny crammed rooms with paper thin walls with(out) any view right into brick wall of building 2 meters cross the street. Staff very arrogant and rude and inattentive and intentionally misleading and disrespectful and berating guests. Very inexperienced young and insecure and completely lacking basic customer service skills staff. Poor disgusting breakfast. Dirty bed with filthy duvet. Dirty windows. Requires 70 (!!) EUR CASH security deposit which is not listed in the booking agreement but sent out manually in text message after making non cancellable non refundable booking in violation of Expedia/Hotels.com policy. Does not follow VIP Silver Expedia Hotels.com protocol despite being an official member of that program. Refuses to provide VAT Invoice for business travelers and erroneously charges tourists tax for business travelers. Ultra small rooms with mold in shower and not completely closing slide doors to both bathroom and wardrobe. Stay away from this place absolutely disgusting especially the overt violation of EU Sanctions against Russian Federation and Belarus products and very disgusting breakfast. Only good is location but a horror show

Unexpectedly good. Inexpensive hotel with top notch service. Good choice of breakfast, especially the cooked one. Room on the small side but not Paris small, and clean. Bed comfy. Shower hot and powerful. Reception helpful. Location excellent. On the edge of the old town and with tram and bus stop in front. Airport bus stop just around the corner on way in and in front of way out. Close to rail station. Overall would go back.

The hotel itself was perfectly fine. Rooms were clean, it's in a decent location and parking was right outside, if a little limited. My problem with this hotel was the staff and management. When we arrived, we had just found out we needed to cancel the last of the three nights we had booked, We were told that we needed to do that on Hotels.com. So I contacted Hotels.com only to be told that this wasn't the case and hotels.com would contact the hotel on our behalf to cancel the last night. Then the following day I received an email saying that the hotel management had refused this request without giving a reason. Considering that I had made the booking on the basis of being able to cancel the whole thing right up to the day of check-in, I found this to be unreasonable. In addition, the next evening we had to carry out some technical engineering and the bar was the only place to do this. We did buy some beer as we did so, and the barman was fine, but then a man I assume to be the night manager turned up and then complained to us rather than attempting to find out what we were doing and dealing with it in a professional manner. He also asked us to move our vehicle to a different spot and stood and watched us whilst we rearranged our boot space ready for the next day. Overall, the attitude of staff throughout the hotel was not to the standard I would expect, particularly with the refusal to cancel the final night. As a result, we won't be staying there again.
