We stayed in this hotel as a city break for 3 nights. We booked it for something a bit different and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were friendly, room was clean with gorgeous river views. The area was quiet in the evening, and easily walkable to all nearby attractions and town centre.

We stayed in the Junioi Suite, which was very roomy. The port hole windows were nice to have as we were able to get fresh air in the room. The only problem according to my husband was that the bed was slightly sloped on his side. (Didn't bother me!) The location of the botel was fantastic as we were able to walk everywhere and the tram was within a 1-2 min walk. Just walk up the steps to the main road and cross the street. That's how close the tram is. The staff was friendly and arranged a ride to the airport for our 7:15am flight out of PRG which seemed reasonably priced. PRG guidelines say to be there 3 hrs ahead of time for international flights, but the check-in counters don't open up until 2 hrs before the departure time. They arranged a pick up time of 4:30am and we had more than enough time to check-in and get to the gate.

Matylda was an oasis of relaxation, friendliness, and great food after a day of touring Prague. It's only a15 minute walk, or easy Tram ride to Old Town City Center. The staff is A . I'll be back!

Mangement so efficient and friendly.
Obviously the owner takes pride in making everything attractive and welcoming. Exterior so happy with greaniums and lavendar. Interior with plants and 1st class art.Even fruit bowl in handsome lobby and well stocked fridge.

I found this to be a very great location to wander from. Breakfast in the morning made things easier as well, it’s right next door. Lovely staff and very friendly. Good price, too.

When we checked in the girl at reception was great. It went for we n hill from there. The rooms are much too small - there's nowhere to puy cases etc.... There is absolutely no place in the bathroom to lay you you your toiletries only on the floor and the same with you ft cases in the room. Much much to small to call a double room.

It is a boatel, tied up on the riverside. Look out your porthole and watch the river activity. Comfortable room, staff was helpful and the breakfast at the attached boat was wonderful. Great surroundings and all sorts of city buses and streetcars 30 seconds away.

I thought this would be an interesting novelty for a place to stay but it was really fantastic. Great location but very quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very large and well furnished. The location on the river walk was close to anything a tourist would want to see. Easily within 10-15min walk anywhere.

It's a great experience to stay in a hotel boat Matilda. Amazing & friendly staff, very nice rooms with good amenities. The restaurant and terrace are great with excellent service and food.

Boat is in a convenient location, close to everything, but quiet. The standard double room is a bit tight but the experience of staying on a boat makes up for it. Unfortunately, during hot nights in the summer the room gets a bit stuffy....no AC only a standing fan.

An amazing place to stay right on the river! Room was small, but clean and a view of the ducks wading passed your window. Very convenient to trams and busses, within walking distance of many dining options. People were friendly and very helpful and would highly recommend this experience!

What a fun place to stay. Easy check in. They have a parking garage a few blocks away. Breakfast was good. Rooms were super clean with a great view over the city. Bathrooms were super clean. Check out was very easy.

We loved being right on the river with ducks almost within reach. The people were extra helpful. We had their breakfast two mornings and like the fact that one could order fresh items off a menu as well as a selection of breads, fruit, etc from a buffet. It was so convenient having a tram stop across the street. Our only issue were the steps going to the lower level were a tad risky for us 70+ yrs olds.

Great value for money and it’s something really unique and different to staying on boat. The window have mesh to keep the mossies out. My room was a single room small but cosy. Breakfast was ok but not a massive selection.

Eva was the young lady at the front desk and was extremely polite, helpful and just a real pleasure to talk to and get advice from. The breakfast next door was fantastic, the room was really comfortable and the location was perfect. The tram stop is right out front and the city is easy to navigate from here. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful stay and amazing view! Only thing that was a nuisance is that there was construction happening in the river and was loud early mornings, perhaps i just chose a bad week but none the less not the hotels fault. I did however have trouble with their debit machine and i found it odd they asked me to tip at dinner. Which i would have done regardless but it put me in an awkward position as i had to answer right away with a price. I understand its a cultrual thing but if i was local i wouldn't have been obliged to so i found I was a tad taken advantage of. Otherwise my room was amazing, clean and a great location! Staff were attentive and very responsive

We loved the Boat Motel, very clean, quiet and the view of the river was amazing.
We atayes in the double room with river view, the room wasnt the biggest I've had but the bathroom was spacious. Nespresso coffee machine in room for hot water. All close to shops and the tram is kiterally up a slip path 2 minutes away.
Ive been to prague 6 times and I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice small hotel on a boat! Guess it's on water but doesn't feel "floating".
A bit difficult to find the entrance upon arrival (next to river, beneath main road, taxi driver didn't know), but easily sorted out afterwards.
Room a bit small but all essential stuffs are there. Equipped with nespresso coffee machine. Bed was nice and comfortable.
Not too noisy as it's not next to main street.
Overall satisfied with the experience.
