Great hotel very close to family friendly entertainment . Didn't get to try the pool due to rain. Great experience and hospitality

It was a really nice hotel and room. I wish they had more parking. And they had some kind of pop up clothing the first day we arrived which made parking and getting through the floor area difficult because so many people were there just for the pop up. Once they left later that night and the next day it was much better.

I hate when hotels don't use fitted sheets on the bed. There was just a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet that wasn't even tucked in. Also, the coffee pods/trays provided for the in-room coffee maker were the wrong size, so we couldn't use them. I ran into other guests downstairs searching for coffee because they had the same issue. It's the little things.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Clean rooms and updated property. Elevators weren’t working the day we were leaving, but luckily only 2 flights to carry bags down.

Both elevators were broken but the signs to let you know were on the main floor. Waited 10 minutes from my 3rd floor room for the elevator only to take the stairs down with my luggage to find out of order signs on the elevator doors.

Very nice hotel great location room was very comfortable clean and updated. Lots of places to dine at and a very nice location. Hotel very well keep will stay there again.

Nice hotel with very accommodating staff. Could use a little more detail to cleaning, but overall very nice place to stay. On the border of multiple towns so made it convenient to find food and things to do.

Kris was great during check-in, under the pressure of a large crowd of families checking in simultaneously. The property was fine, parking not the best but we managed.

I was a bit skeptical on making a reservation at this property due to the pictures being poor quality. Although, this did allow the in person evaluation to exceed all expectations! I was on the first floor in a single King Bed and the room was very elegant and matched the same theme and cleanliness of the lobby (which is rare). Overall, this hotel is consistent, classy, and comfortable.

My stay at Sheraton was excellent, my concern was the shower. I made sure that both doors were securely closed and it was still a leak. I used up most of my towels wiping it up. Other than that, I had a great visit. Oh, not sure why there wasn’t a clock in the room.

Fire alarm in room went off for no reason Saturday evening at about 6pm and would not stop. Called front desk twice before someone should up after about 20 minutes. Said he was not sure why it went off but as able to take alarm off of base and said he would call manager and see what he needed to do and would come back to room after. Person came back and said he could not get manager to answer phone and would be back later once he heard back. Person never came back nor did anyone else come by or call room. I took alarm to front desk yesterday Tuesday when I checked out and explained what had happened but she did not know anything about it. I feel there could have been MUCH better communication on this matter. Overall stay was good

Garbage Room. Even though I booked and paid for a room with king bed and reg bathroom they stuck me in a double with a sit down shower only. The A/C doesn’t go below 75 degrees and it’s summer time in Texas. Also there no air conditioners in hallways, or elevator and the place smells like garbage.

Property was very clean. Checked in late and evening staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and A/C worked like a champ. Parking is less than desirable but not a deal breaker. Would def stay at this property again.

Great hotel. We were put in a handicap room but we booked room on short notice.

Check in time was for 3pm but it took the hotel two additional hours to get the room ready due to a last mintue late check out request. On the day of our check out we were not afforded the same time extension to accommodate the inconvenience at check out and denied a late checkout.
This policy should be addressed to ensure ALL guests receive the full time to enjoy their stay.

They need more luggage carts! Nice, updated comfortable rooms but a pain to make multiple trips to bring our things in and out due to only 2 unavailable luggage carts.

We enjoyed our stay at the property! The pool area was perfect for the kids to play and nice shaded area with table and chairs. Not sure what fragrance was used but the lobby smelled amazing the whole time. The rooms were good and beds were comfortable. I would definitely book here again!
