Well while the room had a beautiful view. It started not so great with the way to get luggage to your room. The bed was uncomfortable the tv in the bedroom did not work the door to the balcony was very hard to open. But the worst part of staying in this room was the maintenance guy and a contractor was able to enter the room without our knowledge. When we called southern rental about this matter we let them know that we was not informed about these people coming in our room and they acted like it was not a big deal at all. So not very happy with the southern rental company and will not be booking with them again.

Ned’s some upkeep. Several noticeable wear and tear. Closet door wouldn’t close. Tile and the main bathroom had mold on it and needed to be replaced. Towel Rack was torn off the wall and laying on the floor paint needs to be refreshed.

The location itself is very nice and convenient if you want to explore. However, entering the condo it smelled like cigarettes and the amount one pays for the cleaning fee doesn’t correlate as it wasn’t cleaned properly. I did let management know within the 24 hour time frame but all they could say is sorry and there was no solution to the problem. They stopped answering my text messages after asking for an update. I am very understanding but this was disappointing as I would have appreciated more effort from management.

Amazing. So many things for kids to do. Very clean. Loved the karaoke singing.

The property was nice overall, but we had an issue Friday night with the tub being stopped up and they didn’t fix the problem until late Saturday. Which was an inconvenience to my family.

This condo is very nice. It just needed a deeper cleaning. Wonderful stay. Right on the beach is nice and i sure got a lot of exercise walking from parking garage to room. Out of 5 stars i give 4.

My kids and I was down for spring break and we really enjoyed everything!!! This condo was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking!!! We will for sure book again!!!!

The resort overall was good, just they mixed up our room with someone else’s room and gave us the code to the door that someone else had rented before already and we didn’t know it My Wife and I unlocked the door with the code they sent us and we walked inside and somebody was in there. We almost got shot that man was really mad at us and came with a gun that almost scared us to death so I called them and said that the room we rented was in use so they gave us a different room and that room we got also had a washer and dryer in there and we washed our clothes when we took our clothes out of the washer. They were completely ruined. I don’t know what it was if it was oil or something but our clothes had a complete gray-black isch color about $100 worth of clothes and I hope to get a partial refund from Emerald Beach resort

The property is conveniently located and walking distance to plenty of things. However, the customer service was not good. Our air conditioning unit was not working, and it took an extended time to get it repaired. We had to sleep 2 nights without ac, and it was mid 80s in the condo in the meantime. I was also told we would be provided with extra fans that were not provided, and I was hung up by customer service.

I didn’t like how the building was a bit confusing. Took me a while to find the pool, no clear signs directing to pool. Very limited amount of pools and spas/sauna. No assign parking was also an inconvenience.
Nice views. Clean room. Spacious. Room was same as the pictures - which was good.
Overall, good experience.

A/C didn’t work had to have maintenance come fix. Then it quit again. All three nights the A/C didn’t cool correctly. All guest were miserable sleeping in a hot condo.The room was dirty. Dust on two bent ceiling fans ,counters dusty,ice maker was froze up,carpet smelt like mildew. Company locked us out to get a credit card that was already on file. Worst condo / beach trip ever. Cleaning fees for a dirty condo. I could go on. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

We enjoyed our stay here! Would recommend. There were several elevators broken dow and a couple things in the room that needed repair. But , the beds were comfortable and things were clean. We loved the openness of the condo and loved the nice table on balcony that we could all sit to have breakfast.

Had no access to balcony at all even though i called. Asked for a refund. Sofa bed sheets dirty. Washer didnt spin out water so drying was difficult. I had no response from ...text if you need anything.....number. There was a so called work order for balcony door but no one ever showed up. For what we paid everything should have been perfect but nowhere near it. It was pretty but so many things not in correct working order. I will not visit again and recommend you dont either. I havent heard anything about a refund of any kind. I guess i should have investigated before hand. Kinds like false advertising. I am very disappointed and do not intend on staying there again.

2 year staying here and we love it! Only left the property twice and walked both times to near by restaurants. Lots to enjoy right on the property.

I would probably say a 2 . Only one elevator was working a lot of time and they only had 2 working when it did. That makes for a lot of waiting in a 23 floor motel. Most mornings and evenings there was usually a 20-30 minute wait to get one the elevator. Condo was ok. Nothing special and when you leave they send you an email of everything you have to do or be charged for it. I’ve never had a motel room/condo that we’ve had to do that with before. We just left so I’m assuming we’re going to be charged for something even though we did everything in the email. Maybe not. Just a feeling from talking to them a couple of times. I won’t be using them again

We like the property and the rooms very much except the sofa bed wasn’t clean and comfortable.And also there were no sheets provided for the sofa bed.

The master bedroom has a damaged bed, the mattress has a huge dimple in the middle so when you lay dow. You roll to the middle. The small bedroom mattress is so wore out that you can feel every spring in the mattress. The sofa couch mattress is terribly stained as well as the couch itself. Under and around was dust piles as well as Dorr and sand.

The stay was great. The only thing i could complain about was the elevators were under maintenance so it took a long time to go up and down floors using the one set that was working. Rooms were clean and everything was organized.

The sheets was not cleaned before I arrived. Maintenance men come in to check balcony railing without any notice from front desk. No hair dryer. Moving from the parking garage to our room was not convenient

Everything was excellent except the queen sofa bed. Unbearable. Absolutely no cushion could not use had to sleep on the floor

Loved the location of the property. Property was decorated very nice! What we didn't like was that the toilets were very nasty under the rim, we had to purchase cleaning products and cleaned it ourselves. You could tell the toilets bowls under rims had not been cleaned for some time, and also it could have been dusted better. The smell of dust was very strong. But overall it was a nice place to stay!

Booked this condo for my sister’s birthday weekend. We loved how spacious it was and the ocean view was amazing. Right down the road from Pier park.

Location is great! Kiddie pool and gas grills were a PLUS! My kids and family enjoyed it here!

Emerald Beach was Great. Southernmost Im not totally impressed. I ask the first host about towels and she said I had to wash my own. The 2nd time I called I told them I wasnt on vacation to do Laundry and I did get towels.
Not real good communication on that. Im also upset with Expedia that I got screwed out of $186-- said I could cancel!!
