Very rundown hotel even for a lower tier needs to recognise the benefits of a Diamond membership

Nice stay - staff very friendly, just overpriced for a midweek 1 night stay with an £8 parking charge added on top of that

Worse breakfast ever, smallest buffet ive ever seen,but it seems like half the hotel is homing immigrants

Really nice staff from the very moment I arrived and did the check-in to breakfast time. Hotel is a bit outdated maybe, carpet in the rooms and the bed wasn’t the comfiest, other than that and very pleasant stay.

We did not stay there. I was connected to a property near the wrong airport. Hotel was aware but would not cancel. Transportation was not available as advertised. Could not get ahold of Expedia.

after a long trip from paris on arrival just before 9pm the restaurant was closed food despite it saying on website and on room information it closed at 9.30pm. reception staff told us bar was open till 11pm but no food was available there either, however this was closed just before 10. we also found bath towel folded away in bathroom which was heavly spiked with what resembles black oil. The catering supervisor we spoke to before we left was lovely and apologised for our experiences on our arrival and said she would address the issues in the team meeting. Also the Receptionist on check out was also very nice and advices us on how we could receive a refund.

The room was very clean. No attraction place nearby but very close to Luton Airport perfect for business trips. Food in the restaurant was good but not something special.I like the bed, it's very good quality and the bathrooms is very clean.

The friendliness of staff, big smiles and helpfulness. My stay was very good, I asked for a plaster and was given one.

We stayed in the area for a funeral. It was convenient & comfortable & the staff were helpful & friendly.

A major let down to the Hilton brand. Uncomfortable beds, pillows, even the bedding was bad, felt a bit like sandpaper. Room service food was excessively oily and flavourless. In my view a considerable let down to the parent brand

A Hilton hitel on the outskirts of Luton. Spacious but chargeable parking. Good teception service. My room was spacious and clean Restaurant is OK but limited menue choices. Breakfast buffet has a good selection. The breakfast time service is very busy with a considerable number of young children getting fed before school. So either eat early or chance leaving it to 0900.

Spacious and comfortable room with ensuite shower room. Smart TV was a bit erratic pixelating on occasions. Buffet breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold ingredients. Staff were friendly

Hotel was full of immigrants with some of them wandering the halls in the evening. Not idea but appreciate Hilton is housing them.

So much noise… kids running up and down the corridors from early evening to close on midnight People shouting snd laughing, had disturbed sleep and I’ve stayed in this hotel more tha 20 times! Is this hotel housing people because I noticed children in school uniforms arrive after school?

Lovely staff wherever you went from check in, restaurant, room cleaning and particularly the breakfast team. The bathroom could be cleaner, shower screen quite grubby. Food was good and fair value. Very good parking facilities. Ideal for our purpose.

Let down by bar staff asked for some fresh cold milk for tea and was told I need to pay for small amount of tea Which i required for my bedroom tea as i don't like the plastic tub milk I have travelled for 14 years in hotels for my work first time been told to pay for milk will definitely will not be coming back again for business trip by to Hilton Gardens inn Luton again will book different hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting a family member in the area. Hotel room was large and nice double shower with all toiletries by Crabtree & Evelyn. Tea & coffee and a small fridge in the room. There was a small issue with my towels on arrival but this was soon sorted by housekeeping. Had two evening meals at the hotel which were very nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and quiet, and on the bus route.
