We liked the location of this boutique hotel. It’s awesome location makes it very easy to fine dining options and to visit most of the attractions as they are in walking distance. The hotel and room was very clean, room modernly decorated with comfy beds. Now what we disliked: the AC did not work properly, it looked like it was set to minimum 24.5C and there was extreme humidity in the room and the entire building. It was 34C outside so it was quite unpleasant. Our clothes became humid and the sheets felt humid as well. The room was shockingly small, you can barely walk in front of the bed. The shower drain was clogged and the shower will fill up with water. Another negative, the blackout curtains are too small for the large windows and the sun creeps in so you cannot sleep in.

Loved this hotel! The location is perfect for exploring. The staff were kind and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing and very walkable. The hotel is safe and well light. The only major downside was the box ac unit didn’t get cold during the very hot summer vacation. The coldest the room got was 24.5*C. If you are not going during summer, you will enjoy your stay there with the friendly staff and super convenient location.

The rooms were incredibly hot. The air conditioner was set at a certain temperature and could not be lowered and was very uncomfortable. It was difficult taking a shower. The shower was very small, no shelf to hold the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles. They had to be placed on the floor which made it impossible for my husband as he was unable to pick them up due to the small size of the shower and had to keep them in the sink, which meant opening and closing the shower door frequently. Also, even when the shower doors were shut tight, the water leaked out all over the floor of the bathroom. The only good part about the hotel was the breakfast buffet, which was decent.

We had an absolutely gorgeous room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for my sister and I. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was not that great but the area as well worth it. Located in a fabulous area right beside the basilica and walking distance to everything.

The staff was amazing, always helpful and respectful. The hotel is perfectly located, quiet and clean. The A/C I believe needs to have maintenance take a look because it was not cooling very well. The carpet needs to be shampooed because it had some stains. The shower door was broken and the shower needs a dish to place the bar of soap. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to be centrally located in Budapest and get a good night sleep.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast: The breakfast provided was good, with a decent variety that satisfied both adults and kids. Housekeeping: The daily room cleaning service was efficient and thorough. Safety: We felt secure throughout our stay. The hotel maintained good safety protocols, which was reassuring, especially with kids. Family-Friendly: This hotel is excellent for families. The suite setup provided enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. Location: The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. It made exploring the area very convenient. Areas for Improvement: 1. Shower Drain: One inconvenience was the slow drain in the shower. If the water flow was too high, it pooled, requiring us to stand in water during showers. 2. Front Desk Service: While the staff at the front desk were helpful, a more friendly and knowledgeable person, especially about local attractions and activities, would enhance the guest experience. Overall, our experience at this hotel was positive, primarily due to the comfortable accommodations, good breakfast, and excellent location. Addressing the shower drain issue and enhancing front desk service would further elevate this hotel's appeal to families and other guests.

Location is wonderful

The location of the hotel was excellent , really close to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable; the staff was nice to offer a bottle of Prosecco for my husband’s birthday with a nice note! The only thing was the air conditioning was set at a temperature not too comfortable, wish we could be able to change the settings for a more comfortable sleep but overall I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall it’s a nice hotel. It’s in an excellent location, it’s clean, etc…I only gave it four stars and not 5 because we had an attic room and the air conditioner was out for the hotel, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Also, our windows faced up to the sky and not out to the street so no view. I will say the hotel invested in great remote windows and shades that fortunately helped us get through the heat. I would recommend the hotel, maybe just confirm if the airs working.

Aircondition our of service, too warm in the room

Hotel is in a top spot close to everything, it’s right in the square of the Basilica surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants and only a five minute walk down to the Danube. The staff are friendly, the room was always cleaned beautifully and nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. It was my birthday while I was there and when I returned from a day at the thermal baths there was a lovely bottle of wine, glasses and birthday wishes from the staff….a really nice, unexpected touch. Thank you.

Everything about this hotel was great! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room, we’re a group of 5 and had the suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The Basilica was right outside our hotel, ice cream shop is 2 doors down, coffee/cafe is right around the corner, and lots of restaurants and shops. Chain Bridge, The Parliament and Liberty Square is within walkable distance. Close to the Budapest keleti station. Will stay here again if I get a chance to visit Budapest again.

We had an amazing stay! Our family of six had plenty of room in the family suite. The staff was friendly and helpful, even had umbrellas for us the day it rained. The one thing that was better than the room was the hotel's location. It was perfect, across the street from and with a vew=iw of St. Stephen's Basilica.

Perfect location! The Christmas market was right outside of the hotel door step along with coffee shops and plenty of restaurants. Great for walking around with the family.
