Everything has been excellent. No complaint at all

The Harmony Hotel is in the perfect location in Jerusalem. It is a short walk to the Jaffa Gate in one direction and the Jaffa Street tram in the other. Our room was not fancy, but it was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Harmony includes a free happy hour each evening (except Shabbat) with delicious appetizers like dolmas, cold pasta and fresh fruit. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Very rich and good breakfast. In the afternoon there is a small snack with various drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks and wine) Very friendly staff. The rooms could be a bit bigger, but is OK. The hotel is very well located. You are quickly in the old town and also not far from the Machane Yehuda market. With the nearby tram you can quickly reach the train station in the direction of Tel Aviv.

Great location, close to shopping, museums, and the Old City of Jerusalem. Hotel is small with nice staff, breakfast and friendly atmosphere.

Harmony Hotel is in a great location and nice management 👌 We enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour! But the room was tiny to share twin beds! The floor was filthy and felt very unclean! Low level furnishings in room and not much shelf area for personal items. Thanks.

Tarek was very helpful in getting us a wheelchair. We also were offered a lengthy late checkout, because one of us was not feeling well. Thank you for all your help!

The property is very run down, room are in need of a LTC. Carpets are dirty and rooms are not very clean. The lobby is nice but that’s about it, breakfast is bad and really pricey. Staff if ok. The only thing great about the hotel is the location and all the dining/shopping around.

The staff at the Harmony Hotel was very courteous and efficient. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street in a neighborhood with a lot of shopping and dining possibilities. It is very close to the light train system and in easy walking distance from the Old City of Jerusalem. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We drove our own car, and driving in Jerusalem is very confusing for an old country boy. The parking for the hotel is down a one way street that ends with a gate, posts in the street, and taxis and other cars trying to turn around. However, the hotel had asked me to send them the license number of our rental car, and when I pulled up to the gate it went up and the posts went down. We then followed the signs to the hotel, and the staff guided us into a tight underground parking place very smoothly. I would stay in this hotel again.

First time staying at Harmony and it was a great choice. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and terrific location to the Old City, Machaneh Yehuda Market, Mamilla Mall, etc. Happy hour at 5:00 with wine and appetizers is a nice way to end the afternoon. The only suggestion I would make is for the hotel to upgrade the lights in the rooms. I found the lighting to be poor. Better fixtures, led bulbs and better bedside reading lights would be a huge improvement.

The Harmony is brilliantly located, central and convenient, with a short walk to the old city and Ben Yehudah St. the staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. What’s not so great is that it’s tired and in serious need of updating. Compared to other hotels at a similar price point and within 100m of this one, the Harmony doesn’t come off well. And on this trip I stayed at one of these. A good upgrade and modernisation would do it wonders. In saying that the breakfasts are great, and the late afternoon complimentary nosh is a great addition.

There was NO security at the hotel.

The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was incredible. They remembered me and remembered what I was doing that day. Tarek is amazing, he really made it feel like we were home. He deserves 5 stars. The rooms are very small I had very little space to move around. The noise outside the hotel from the street was a bit irritating when trying to sleep

This hotel is in a great location. The hotel is clean and staff is great. The rooms need some updating but very clean.

We stayed here for four nights. Ideal location for tour pickups and for walking into the old city. Lovely street. Staff were great at both of the Harmony hotels where we stayed and considering that the service in most places in Israel is very poor, it really makes a difference to have well trained staff.

Hotel staff are great ! Very friendly and helpful. Location was great but very difficult to access by car, took awhile to find. Breakfast in the lobby was also very nice. Only negative was the room was really tight. But we got everything we asked for in the room. Would definitely stay there again when we visit Jerusalem.

Overall excellent but our safe needed to be replaced and the main light switch was faulty. Also difficuly using the room telephone

The hotel is clean and chique, though showing some wear. Moreover, breakfast and its related service is extremely underwhelming.
