This is a favorite place to stay when I visit family in Franklin TN. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice and there’s live music every night in the lobby/lounge. It feels like my home away from home

It was good. Did not like having to pay to park. All the surrounding hotels are free parking and breakfast.

We were in town for a show- hotel was hip but we had to pay for parking ($12 with tax) hotel was clean and the staff was friendly but the pool was not open for use and the hotel bar was closed when we got back in the evening

I was so impressed by how friendly and accommodating the staff was at this location. I stayed over the holiday weekend, and the staff was so pleasant and helpful.

Love this hotel - we have stayed here a few times. Parking is an additional $12 per 24 hours payable by QR code and not included in the price of overnight stay.

Hotel is ok, management needs to improve. The room we received initially smelled bad and the room safe didn’t work in the next room. AIr conditioning unit was noisy and a maintenance person was able to quiet it down. Pool was not open during my stay. Nothing is a deal killer but you can see the potential of the property to be a noce one if it was managed better and people running it were paying attention to the details.

Well-designed rooms. Nice lobby amenities if a bit kooky. Live music and a bar every night is special for a hotel at this price.

The staff was kind and wildly helpful! Even being dog friendly… place is clean and close to nice dinning options. I have been here a few times for business. Wonderful beds and pillows have different thicknesses to accommodate the most difficult sleeper. Thanks! I’ll be back!

Second time at this property and would continue to recommend for a stop over in TN. Really odd that they charge you for parking now but other than that, a safe and clean option.

Had to pay for parking. Lights out in the bathroom, mold in the shower. Old school telephone hanging by the cord on the wall in the bathroom area. Areas of the hotel need maintenance.

Amazing hotel

Our room had water leaking on the floor near the air conditioner. The staff was wonderful - changing rooms because of this. But then gave out our room code and key to another guest who tried walking in. Our key cards did not work. They gave us breakfast vouchers for the hassle. Having to Pay for parking on-site was definitely not ideal. We paid $25 for two nights. We enjoyed the live music and overall atmosphere. The rooms were great. The hallway was extremely cold as was the pool. The kids only swam for about 10 minutes because of the water temp.

We checked in at Aloft to find there was live music from 7:00-10:00. What a treat that was! We also loved the decor which was very eclectic. We noticed at checkin they had dog treats and frisbees for the canine guests. Our room was spacious with very comfy beds and pillows. The shower was very nice, and the soaps and shampoos were dry bar brand. The room had a mini fridge which we were glad to have. We had planned only a one night stay, and move to another hotel in a different part of Nashville, but we enjoyed Aloft so much we stayed an extra night. Parking costs $10 per day and is paid to a company on line. We are accustomed to the high cost of parking in downtown Nashville, so this wasn’t an issue to us. We would definitely stay again.

I loved the colorful decor, and the snack and breakfast selection was very good!

Love the hotel, design and vibe. Some up charges/extras seemed petty. Specifically a $10 self parking fee administered by a 3rd party and having to ask for ice.

Decent stay

Very modern, upscale facility. Beds were super comfortable. Heater in pool wasnt working so water was too cold. Self parking but fee charged to a seperate entity, couldn't pay cash or charge to the room. Required pay by phone to some unknown company by card.
