We choose to stay at a hotel based on the amenities. We loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was pretty good. Beds and room were clean. Decent soundproofing. The hotel was quiet. Not having to check out until noon was awesome. All hotels should do that.

Really quick check in! Teresa at the front desk was so nice!! The rooms were big! We didn't eat breakfast but it looked good! The hot tub was nice but they don't open it till 10am. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was great for the price. We needed for doctor appointments, since we are from out of town. Breakfast was good and had a variety of hot and cold foods. All staff was great, very friendly and nice. Only complaint is the noise from the highway and the room smelt weird like bad body order. The room was clean so not sure what the smell was. I would go back and stay.

The front desk woman at arrival was the BEST. All staff were amazing. Breakfast could have been a lot better. Pool and hot tub had hair balls and lots of scum, hot tub temperture was perfect. The room was soo cold, no extra blankets either.

The beds were worn down but we slept ok. The room was smaller then I thought it would be, being a suite. The pool and hot tub was great and relaxing! Mini food shop has anything we needed for snacks and drinks. Check in was quick overall good stay. Breakfast was good but was the same all 3 nights.

Our experience was decent given the price we paid for our stay. However, the hotel felt a bit outdated, and there was a musty smell, particularly in the hallways. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good.

Awesome front desk lady at 8 pm on a Saturday.

The Hotel was conveniently located and was clean. But most of all, I appreciated the older gentleman that worked overnight at the front desk. Due to being busy for a wedding, I was not able to stop by to check in or call to inform I was gonna arrive late and the gentleman did not mark me as a no show just in case I would show up late. Wedding extended a bit longer and didn’t arrive until 3:15 am and the front desk attendant saved me by checking me in without me being present. That helped me out in not having to try to book another room or maybe have to make my 5 hour drive home at that moment.

Nice manager or front desk people. Elevators feel unsafe and make weird noises sometimes. Also got stuck in the elevator once so kind of unsafe. Area around kinda meh with weird roads.

Indoor swimming pool was a blast for the family breakfast was amazing even had bacon

We were visiting dallas for the weekend to attend a FC Dallas soccer game. We arrived at 2pm to see if the room might be ready. The front office manager said check was not until 3:00, I asked if we could use the pool for the duration until we could check in. The lady replied, absolutely not, only for guests. I said well, I am a guest. She said, not for another hour. A very nice cleaning employee happen to hear the conversation and asked me what my room number was and told me the room was in fact ready. The manager did not even look to see if the room was ready. I had another issue with this manager when she would not allow my 14 year old son and his friend buy snacks from the front store by the check in. They had a money in hand and she refused them. She knew they were staying at the hotel as they had walked by multiple times with myself and alone. I confronted her and she said they had to purchase with an adult. I saw other teens purchasing snacks alone. I felt as though this manager could have been for professional and accommodating. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. It is also great distance to Toyota Stadium.

Very kind and attentive staff. They considered our situation and week long stay, so coordinated a room that would be a more quiet area of the facility. Love the amenities (we used them all) gym/pool/hot tub/washer dryer/snack store in the lobby. Huge shout out to the breakfast setup!! The selection, freshness, cleanliness, and attention to detail is absolutely exceptional...oh and it's complimentary WOW! THANK YOU TEAM @FRISCO COMFORT INN & SUITES!
