Perfect location — minutes to the center of town, the bus stop, and walking trails — delicious breakfast every morning, and a beautiful room with plenty of space.

A very nice B&B clean tidy, helpful staff a convenient loction close to the centre and excellent breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely guesthouse, albeit very pricey for the size of room. No air conditioning so room on top floor got excessively hot. Lovely breakfast and staff excellent. Close to all the amenities.

Such a beautiful room in a lovely area of Bourton on the water. The hospitality, breakfast, attention to detail, we couldn't ask for more. Short walk to all the shops, eateries, pubs, grocery and pharmacy. The only potential downside if you cant do stairs, request a room on the ground floor.

Me and my wife were allocated a room on 2/Floor. As we planned to stay only one night, we decided to take just what we needed and left the luggages locked up inside our car therefore walking upstairs was not a problem. There were plenty of guests parking spaces just outside the B&B. Walking to the beautiful river area where many pubs and restaurants were located took less than 5 minutes.

A true gem. Everything is well appointed and so comfortable. The staff so incredibly warm and inviting. It was my home away from home. Thanks for such a restful stay.

The location was very convenient and close to everything. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room could use some improvements: The curtains are not darkening and the room was too bright from sunrise at 5:00. The bathroom had no hooks at all for the towels. The water is too hot in the shower and water temperature could not be turned down.

Clean comfortable

Very comfortable room with nespresso machine. Clean & cosy. However, because it’s on the first floor, one can hear people talking in the car park sometimes.

Lovely property and close to centre, easy walk in to centre. Lovely host Corinne with I must say the most beautiful eyes 👍. Great B&B great breakfast friendly and helpful staff

We received a very warm greeting on arrival. The accommodation was perfect (with parking outside) and the little touches of mini wines in the fridge, chocolate and crisps were very welcome! The bed (in room 14) was a 5 foot king size, and for us was very comfortable (medium/soft) but some may prefer a firmer mattress. All personal preference! It can’t be criticised! If there’s one thing I would add, it would be robes, as at this price point it would definitely warrant it - but I certainly wouldn’t not stay here just because of that! The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. A five minute amble takes you to the village “centre”, so very convenient location. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Enjoyed our stay here close to the shops and the village centre. The double room was quite small and there was a lack of hooks/pegs in the bathroom but overall cleanliness was very good. Corinne is an excellent host and very helpful with anything you need to know.

Great place in beautiful location. Stayed here with friends for Cheltenham Festival. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great. Would definitely recommend it.

A lovely overnight stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room was nicely decorated and very clean. Very short walk into the beautiful Bourton on the Water. Great breakfast- both the full English and Eggs Royale were cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend.

Older hotel, very clean, good condition, big comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, great location, and reasonable price. My only complaint is the bed was too small. In the US, the bed would be a "full" size which is too small for a middle-aged couple. Younger people wouldn't mind it, but older folks need a little more room. The rooms are big enough to accommodate at least a queen bed. Would I stay there again? No, the bed was too small.

This is a lovely hotel where we were happily surprised by the service, everything seemed to have a personal touch to it, interested in your stay at the hotel and activities planned to make the visit the best possible. The breakfast was also the best we had that week, after visiting other hotels and shops around the Cotswolds. The location is also very good, a short walk to the town, either following the road with the same name, or you can follow a path along the river that starts a few meters from the hotel. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much and would love to visit again.

Really great stay. Fantastic location close to Bourton. Staff really friendly and welcoming, even when we turned up drenched and freezing cold after a misguided mistake of a long walk on the first day before checking in... Breakfast was brilliant and the team's energy always got the day off to a great start. Really highly recommended.
