The price was reasonable, and it's conveniently located near USF, which we wanted to be near.

Great service and a great stay

My experience was great. The only reason that I gave four stars and not five is because the bathtub was slippery!! The breakfast was awesome!! There was a variety of selections!! One of the best setups that I have seen in ages!!

Our air conditioner in the room was leaking. The carpet was wet all around it. I told the front desk and the offered to move us to a different room

Staff was amazing, room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing!

The rooms are big and good condition, the bathroom is clean and modern.

Room was nice enough. Shower was a trickle and the water never got hot. They were very accommodating and tried to move us to another room, but we declined because it was in worse condition.

Is amazing hotel

The bed was hard as rock, the small refrigerator sounded like it wanted to blast off each time it turned on, the a/c was loud, the tub was slippery with no mat and no grab bar in the shower:tub area.

Excellent Place for an overnight stay. Clean,convenient with a surprisingly good breakfast in the morning for the price.

Not great, not terrible; could have been cleaner. (Also, no hair dryer was provided.) Okay as a place to sleep for two nights.

The bathroom needs improvement, there is no place to hold on in the tub or to hang a towel in the bathroom. Also lack of towels, we had to ask for them.

This property needs a lot of upkeep... we were changed from rooms 3 times in a 2 night stay.. we had no complimantary soap, no ice bucket, no shower curtain, the toilet was not working, the pool water was green, the outside lights were flickering it just was not a holiday inn express that I'm use to staying..

The stay overall was nice. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The main area had meeting room doors that were absolutely filthy. The pool was closed and the ice machine/vending was unavailable. However, there was a gas station within walking distance.

Went for a cheerleading competition in Tampa. We had many families staying there for the week. Pool was not available the whole time. We were given different excuses every day as to why or when it would be available for use. Key cards stopped working for all our families everyday we were th ere and we had to have them reacitvated several times a day. Common area, breakfast area and hallways on main floor were not swept or mopped most of the week. Would not recommend

Property was clean. But we chose this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. Pool was dirty and green. Hot tub closed and not even functioning. Very disappointing. Wouldn't have chosen if it noted hot tub out of order.

i came because grandson was on sprong brake to use hot tub and pool our hot tub at home is broke got here hot tube empty pool too cold to swim ours at home 1 hour away warmer exercersire room 1/2 of equipt broke and very unsafe use advised all above to both ladies on check in i told them spent all this money wife and i could bring us him and his mom s[ring brake vacation gift money NOT WORTH 1/4 WHAT I paid for sorru this was for him and he was SO VERY DISA[POINTED. couldnt get him to unwind all nothing for him to do tonight even after all day at bush gardens today and 6 miles walking. VERY DISAPOINTED WAS NWEW BEFORE OK BUT AS OF NOW I WONT COME BACK OR POSSIBLE THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY AGAIN MY WOFE AND I TRAVEL QUITE A BIT BUT SORRY THIS REALLY UPAET US ABOUT BEING SO BAD FOR HIM THIS IS WAS ALL FOR HIM NOT ME I AM 75 URS OLD BUT HE NOT HAPPY CAMPER SORRY KENNETH E SCHELL

At checkin the clerk was friendly and courteous. Room is clean and smell fresh.

The room was not clean. Sticky floor. One bed cloth look like unchanged

We were there 2 nights, 3 days and the room was never cleaned. Had to get fresh linens myself. Attempted to rest in the afternoon, but staff was very loud in the hallway discussing personal matters. Due to renovations, icemaker was on first floor, we were on the 3rd and the maker was missing the bottom of dispener so ice bucket almost fell through and spewed ice to the floor. Perhaps it was bad timing, but we would be very reluctant to stay here again.

Staff was very helpful with securing a last minute reservation. Breakfast was very good as well.

The key to my room did not work over 7 times back and forth at check in and the same thing happened when I came back from my event at 11 and didn’t get in my room til midnight.

Holiday Inn Express did not have our reservation in the system. Had our confirmation # to show them but had major problems checking in. Room had no hot water or heat. Hot water problem verified by another guest. Managers email address on business card is not deliverable.

Housekeeping didn’t clean my room. And I saw them in the hallway when I left and didn’t come back until late that night

Renovation going on but its good because rooms are new. Only issue was no hot water in am, but they compensated me with alot of IHG points...no biggie

Very nice Hotel, but in the process of finishing a "complete upgrade"...So a few items are not completed yet, like a towel bar in bathroom...and molding in stairwells and halls.

Very clean. Close to USF.
