Such beautiful accommodation, spacious and all amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants but well back off the main road so no noise at all.

We had an excellent stay here, very spacious suites and excellent staff especially Ita who was great

First time in a Villa and the property was very nice indeed. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Pool was great, rooms and bathrooms were massive and very nice. Location is perfect close to restaurants, Bintang supermarket a 2 minute walk, shopping, massages. If I had a few negatives I thought the bed was firm and the pillows not so soft. Thought kitchen area could’ve had a few extra things like a bottle opener, bigger fridge and a few more utensils if you wanted to cook at your villa though we ate out every night. Thought the breakfast was average and never had salt and pepper with there food though it was delivered to your villa at the time you requested though by the time it got there it was cold but you had a microwave to heat in your villa but again numerous options to buy breakfast right outside the villa that are far better and cheap. TV relys on wi-fi and found it frustrating at night trying to watch tv as programmes would freeze but tv was a large size. We are not disappointed we choose to stay here and if we returned to Bali would certainly stay here again but there are some small things they could do better as mentioned. Organised taxi for us to the airport at a fair price which was great and appreciated. Would recommend

Second time in this villa. Previously they had breakfast buffet now you have to order from menu. Which is very small consider it was big breakfast buffet before. For 14 days eating eggs and sausage and small plate od fruits.

I loved how friendly and kind all of the staff were. The property was very clean and I cannot wait to come back. I will definitely be staying at The Seminyak Suite again

Great villa for families with older kids. Very close to Bintang and restaurants. Walking distance to everything you need in Seminyak.

The villas are very private and spacious - the staff are exceptional - the location is great - would highly recommend

We stayed in a two bedroom pool villa and enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent….set amongst restaurants, shops and the famous Bintang Suoermarket which stocks everything! Villa is walking distance to beach sunsets, staff are wonderful, Villa tired but nice. One experience we did not like…..we accidentally broke a plate in the kitchen sink after breakfast……management asked us to pay $20 AUD for replacement!!!!

Perfect location very close to Bintang supermarket and villa up to expectations. Staff were outstanding and I couldn't rate them high enough. Especially a young man called Wirasa (name may not be correct) We realised late in our stay we needed a late checkout and whilst they were booked fully so this couldn't be achieved he took us to the small residence in front of the hotel and organised for us to pay a nominal fee to book in with them for five hours. He then sorted out their confusion when we arrived as the staff had changed and no booking was there. The room cleaners were very thorough and cleaned and mopped the spaces everyday often having to work around us as we rarely left the premises. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. It was unfortunate their restaurant was under refurbishment But our chosen breakfast was delivered at the correct time every day. A microwave was available along with a stove and oven but with the choice of restaurants close by I had no intention of cooking, so cannot say anything about that Fridge was very cold and we used the water dispenser to fill up the ice cubes. We hope to return in the very near future

Great location in Seminyak. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at the Seminyak Suite previously in 2013, and wasn’t disappointed on my return visit. The restaurant was being renovated during our stay so there were limited breakfast options, but that didn’t negatively impact our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Convenient location with walking distance to family mart, Bintang supermarket and shops. You can even walk along the street and reach Seminyak Square in less than half an hour. Villa service is good with 24 hour front desk and security. Quiet place to rest.

Overall experience was great... Had our 2nd Honeymoon and Anniversary in Bali..everything was good...:)Things to improve... bathroom needs ventilation system, the bathing towels needs to be changed as they are thin and old....The breakfast in Villa with the Chef cooking in your Villa was excellent....Keep up the good work...

Was nice a bit out dated and our coffee & tea were not replenish daily we had to go to the coffee club or other places to get coffee in the mornings because we had none in our villa, but apart from A few little things it was a pleasant stay.

-The facility looks exactly like it is pictured, upon arriving, we checked in and there is a deposit that is held ,on your card (for anything,used in the minibar) we told them we werent going to use anything, but they insisted that it needed to be charged. All charges are charged in IDR currency.-Our room was at the end of the villas and it was 2 bedrooms pool was clean, included a floaty, Deni showed us the room he was very helpful, room included sink oven, fridge but no microwave. Both sliding door villas have a lock on it with dimming curtains. Though the lighting in the room is VERY DULL , THE ROOM was very spacious , bed was comfortable, bathroom is huge with nice shower ,still very LOW lighting i dont know why the lighting is so low, but this should be improved.The breakfast we had in the villas was very minimal, one pancake, one yogurt, one juice, very weird i never seen anyone serve on pancake. How ever if you choose breakfast the breakfast in the restaurant is buffet, is way BETTER,ITS UNLIMITED, and more breakfast options. They have a trolly cart that takes you to breakfast, as it is a bit of a walk, -The location, is very good the mini mart is next to the hotel with a strip of stores which include restaurant, massage places, and stores. The local clubs, are about 15-20 min away. CON is the security we had an altercation with a taxi driver who hit us it was only us two females and we were screaming for security and NOBODY CAME! But overall good hotel

Excellent staff. Good central location. Property a bit dated. But all in all excellent value for money.

Suites, with private pools were lovely. It was in quite a good location, but a bit of a walk to the beach. More frequent shuttles to the beach would be good.

Villa was clean and perfect for a short getaway with a couple of friends. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, breakfast in-villa was really good and tasty. They cooked our food on the spot! The property is also a short walk away from Double Six beach which was a plus for us!

Location is very good. Near road but very quiet

The flushing of the toilet wasn’t strong and the AC were noisy and not working at some point . The service wasn’t prompt at all and not fixing the issues we had but the location was good and convenient

Very relaxing. Lots of space. The pool was perfect for the kids and very private.
