Beautiful hotel with pool, spa, good food, helpful staff. An Oasis in Siem Reap

This is one of the best hotel where I have ever been. Everything was very good (room, breakfast, people, + all other facilities). It is a 5 star hotel. I recommand this hotel for people going to siem reap.

Hotel service is good. Room facilities are old but clean. Electric plug not working well.

The property does live up to its name. It’s beautiful and peaceful. Staff is professional Nd very friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate you. There’s a girl playing this instrument, I thought it was a CD. but it really is a live person. The only thing was the internet was not available in the room. That’s because the quality of the building. It is very well constructed. No dry wall here. The plaster work is impeccable, there for, the walls are too thick for the signal. But you can get signal on the balcony. Too, we did not have problems with mosquitos. Our stay was very pleasant.

Angkor Paradise Hotel is a nice and beautiful place. While the rooms and the place in general might be a little outdated, it is very well maintained. Staff are very friendly.

Lovely hotel, handy to everything. Room was a little dated, but comfortable and spacious. Great bathroom although the floor was very slippery. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our trip excellent.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Angkor Wat. Our room was large for three adults sharing. We had a street view which was extremely quiet, compared to most destinations. Breakfast was really good choice of food for cultures. Lunch was also good by the pool. Easy to get a Tut Tut from to visit th temples. We had the same driver for the day to do Sunrise and sunset. He took as to buy our tickets the afternoon we arrive to save queuing the next morning then dropped us down Pub Street. The hotel reception were great with other questions, gave a map of the area so we would get lost. The pool area was lovely. Would stay here again.

Ideally located hotel with friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

Really nice hotel, big pool and pool area, friendly staff, good location! At our arrival we did not find the driver who was going to pick us up, dont know whos to blame, us or him.. But its a small town, everybody knows where Angkor Paradise hotel is, so we got a taxi, easy! Anyway back at the hotel they where so sorry that they upgraded our room to their biggest rooms at the top flore, it was really nicely done! I strongly recomend this place! Greetings Kåre Inge

It is a very nice hotel, richly appointed in wood. Hotel is a bit aged, but staff is very courteous and helpful. They go the extra mile.

Great Hotel in a good location. Staff very helpful. Good food. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Room was big but my mattress in room 357 was like sleeping on a brick! My friends mattress was like sleeping on a cloud, must still have some old mattresses in some rooms. Our shower was high pressure and had hot water but my friends room never had hot water the whole time. Buffet breakfast has a good selection, just don't arrive after 9am as they don't replace things that run out. amazing pool, if you go in the morning its quiet with no one around. Overall very night hotel

Staff made me upset about the hotel policy regarding to transport back to airport. Trying to explain and take sometime to let us know that we have to have a letter confirm to arrange for transport and try to let us show that letter. After tried to find that letter for awhile , he ask for room number and found that letter in hotel data. Why did he try to find at the first place?

Had a great time the staff were excellent cudnt do enough for you.the swimming pool was amazing an so we’re the staff at da pool.The 1 downside was I booked a taxi for 7am to take me to the airport still no sign of the taxi at 7.15 ended up taking a tuc tuc

it was very good. the hotel staff were extremely polite and kind. the spa service is also great

A very nice hotel, close to downtown and the Angkor National Museum. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mr. Thong Sophat helped me with tours and other arrangements, which was appreciated. The breakfast buffet could be better with more choices, although they had plenty of fruits. The restaurant food is not that good - they do not know how to make a good Papaya Salad or Pad Thai - the ones I had in Battambang were just fine like in Thailand or in the US. This need improving. However Khmer Noodles (flat noodles with seafood) menu selection was excellent, and Smoked Salmon Salad was also surprisingly good. I stayed on the non-smoking 5th floor in a spacious room with a nice balcony and a the southern view of Phnom Krom (Hill Krom) on the shore of Tonle Sap Lake. All in all a very comfortable, clean, affordable, and friendly hotel. Would stay in it again and would highly recommend it to others. Location is not too far from the airport and just a couple of minutes to the heart of town!
