Extremely friendly staff!! Excellent breakfast.
Rooms are small but functional and beautifully decorated. Parking is not available but hotel staff pointed out several options. The tram stops right in front of it.
We traveled as a family and booked two rooms for five. Location is fantastic! Museums, city center and park all walkable.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Jacky the cat was a lovely surprise. The stairs are very steep and tiresome but we managed ok on the 2nd floor. The hotel is in a great location with a tram stop just outside and within walking distance of everything, especially close to vondelpark and rijksmuseum. Would definitely stay here again

The staff were all lovely and the ambiance of the hotel is very relaxed and friendly. Jackie the cat was very welcoming! The stairs are very steep (it is an old house) but you quickly get used to it. There is a host of good places to eat and drink in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Even though we had the room at the top, (I know!) the hotel gave us free drinks to celebrate such effort! The cat decoration and double-entendre ambience is lovely. Feels both boheme and chic. Finally, we had to arrive really late and the hotel helped us check in digitally. Amazing service. Would book again!

We immensely enjoyed staying at the La Boheme. The hotel was located right in the square right in front of a tram stop but it was safe (with a buzzed/key-card entry) and not noisy (our room was on the 1st level facing the tram stop). The staff were all great! We received personalized assistance (Ed, Leo, everyone!) were very helpful with recommendations and taxi reservations. The best part of the hotel was Jackie - the hotel cat! She was super cute and friendly (she even stopped by our room for a goodnight rub). Highly recommend - we would stay again!

Out of our 11-day trip, La Boheme was the best place we stayed! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Jackie (the reception cat) was such a joy to pop in and visit! Incredible location, quiet, clean. We stayed on the top floor and the stairs can be brutal, but we’d do it over and over again because of how much we loved this hotel! Keep being amazing!!

Perfect location for exploring Amsterdam, free daily cheese tasting and unlimited coffee, teas and biscuits. Our room faces on to the Main Street so it was quite noisy on Saturday throughout the night.

Awesome stay, breakfest was great! Definitely recommend for anyone going downtown. Make sure to pet the cat, shes siper friendly!

Excellent value. Yes, the stairwells can be steep and rooms smaller than some are used to. But they are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Stayed in one of the single units in the basement w/shared bath, and never had an issue. No AC— if it got too warm, I could open a door to the courtyard. Many things are walkable from here, and plenty of access to public transit options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again the next time I’m in town.

Great place to stay!! We loved the cat themed common area, defiantly a must stay!! They provide complimentary coffee / snacks during your stay.

Hosts were so friendly and helpful, on hand if you needed anything but equally let you go about your day. Ideal location to explore all of Amsterdam. Easy access to trams and most in walking distance (couple in our 30’s). Rooms were clean and comfy.

We spent three nights at this hotel and we loved it. The staff is very friendly, there's free coffee on premise and a cute cat to look at when taking that coffee. It is also well located in Amsterdam, near most of the popular attractions. There's no elevator and the stairs are steep, that was not a problem for us but it is to consider. Overall we highly appreciated our stay and would not hesitate to come back here if we pass by Amsterdam again!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Was at a walking distance to most POI and if walking Is not an option it is close to the tram stops.

NOTE: The stairs are no joke, we had the last floor and going up the stairs was a work out each time. I still think that the hotel is worth it just be prepare to no elevator and climbing up stairs.

Great room, staff were very friendly and excellent location. Only downside was we were on the top floor and this is old Amsterdam style building with very steep stairs and no elevator.

We loved it here. We were on the top floor which was a mission to get to but well worth it once you make it! The staff had such a good vibe and were very accommodating and kind. Love the cat theme too, and their mascot kitty :) Location was fabulous, accommodations were amazing, overall vibe was comfy, clean, and cozy. Would absolutely stay there again.

The stairs to our top floor room were narrow, steep and dangerous - and there was no alternative evacuation route so if there had been a fire we would have been trapped.the room was tiny and had no wardrobe, no cupboards or drawers for clothes - just a rail with coat hangers and a shelf. The tiny bathroom was difficult to use as it had a sloping roof making it difficult to use without hitting my head. The bed was right against a wall so getting in and out of that side was difficult. For two pensioners this stay at this hotel was just a horrible, uncomfortable and frightening experience. And it cost almost £1000 for three nights so we had quite reasonably expected a good hotel and facilities. It was simply a rip-off.
