Nightmare, the elevator was not working so we had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to our room on 4th floor. Im 77 yrs old and this was challenging. We only had half roll of tissue paper in room and went through hell to get more. Room service one time would have been okay but server did not empty waste cans, left no face towels and no dishwashing packet. We thought breakfast was included bur it was not. We paid 18 euros for two breakfast. Its really a wonderful and safely secured place to stay. The ladies at the reception desk were especially helpful and accomodating. I give them a 10

The place is clean eco friendly. A drinking fountain would make it even better becauae we had to buy our own water in bottles. We had to change our hotel reservation at the last minute, so could not find any hotel closer than this to the Paris Expo site (a 25 minute walk). From the hotel it is a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Two hours from CDG airport by public transport with transfers, or one hour plus 90 Euros by Uber. Other than transportation issues it is a very nice though simple apartment hotel. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. You go through 5 security doors before reaching your own room. We had a quiet little 5th floor balcony overlooking the residential neighborhood. There are a few family type restaurants nearby, nothing fancy.

Small room but nice. Great place to stay if you want to save money. No air conditioner, which is not so uncommon, so if weather is hot, take a small fan with you. We did not need one. Otherwise, all is good.

Even with the window opened, it still smelled for the whole 3 night stay. We were not able to get rid of it. NO Air conditioning as well, so be careful if it is hot outside, as it was this summer. OK hotel, but nothing fancy.

The hotel was small as expected but it was way more run down than in the pictures, the people at the front desk were nice but when we needed a clean set of towels we had to pay 7 euros for clean ones bc we weren’t there for 8 days. We experienced a bit of an issue with the hot water and the lock on the room door upon arrival. However, they were prompt at sending a maintenance guy to resolve the issue. Other than that we had no issues. They responded to our questions when in need. The location was very convenient to our points of interest. Will surely stay there again during the next visit.

hotel is very nice but they don't have AC broke during our time was vey hot. i asked them to please fix the AC but they didn't fix it.. other thing that they gave me a pin number for door open from front and back. but they didn't information me about change pin on Monday. i can't imagine that we will be stuck outside during night time because they didn't inform us a new pin change. so most of time hotel was clean and quiet and peace,

We found the hotel's location in Malakoff and the metro line extremely easy to navigate into the city centre, and we loved coming back to a quieter, safe neighbourhood of a nighttime. The staff were very friendly, the facilities modern and clean, and we really enjoyed having our own place to unwind and cook (there are several supermarkets in the area) at the end of a long day. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

The only minor negative point was that I was not allowed an early check in so I spent three quality hours walking to the Paris catacombs and visiting them.

Beautiful city, be prepared to spend money. Metro is easy to travel on and hotel staff very helpful.

First, the hotel couldn't find our reservation, next then they put us in a room with no working hot water. Terrible experience overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff good English very helpful.good hotel very clean ,lovely hot water.a long way from Paris not ideal for central Paris stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel. First of all the location, it is right near the centre of Malakoff and only an hours walk away from either the Notre Dame or the Eiffel tower. There are several super makets only 5-10 minutes away. On the way to the Notre Dame taking the most direct route down the main roads there are many big branded named shops such as Next and Starbucks. As you get into the centre of Paris the prices generally rise quite highly however just an hour away near the hotel area in Malakoff the prices are highly better. There are several cafes near the hotel along with an amazing bakery just next door. On to the hotel itself. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite saying hi whenever we walked in and out. There was a broken toilet seat upon arrival, we told the staff about this problem pronto and went for a wonder, once we got back it was fixed, so extremely helpful. The hotel room itself was a nice size accomodating anything you may need for self catering, with electric hobs a fridge freezer, kettle, cupboards, a microwave oven and all the china and cutlery. The wifi was a great point as it was free, the t.v. Worked perfect. The room was clean upon arrival. All in all I can't fault the hotel for the price. Really shouldn't be a two star hotel.
