I suggest you have some variety in your breakfasts from day to day. The breakfasts were good but were the same every morning.

My child and I were double billed. Treated poorly by the manager. Profiled and checked into an unsafe room that had been broken into, on the ground floor, with a view of an overflowing trash dumpster. This was purposed. I am beyond sad about the experience, as it compounded our grief. We are fleeing an active domestic violence attack!

Hotel is still under going renovations. I have stayed here 3 times in the last month and all 3 ice machines have been out of order. Need to get at least get one up & running. The rooms have been super clean, beds are comfortable & towels are fluffy & not stained. TV service in minimal. All channels do not come in & there is only 2 local chnnels.

Check in was efficient & easy. Associate was professional & knowledgable. Issues are with room. Refrigerator smells like fish, not able to use. Maybe during remodel a shelf is added to shower for soap, shampoo, etc.
Bed is very comfortable, bedding & towels are great. Love no stain towels that I have encountered in other hotels. Would recommend

It was an easy, smooth checkin. Clerk was friendly and expedient. Room was clean and nice clean, fluffy towels. Only issue, tv would not pick up local channels. Remodeling still going on.

Loved the bathroom. The room itself was clean but seemed a little tired. I did like the lamps, tv and the keurig. The breakfast was also good, and the pool looked amazing.

Where to start. Gym was closed due to A/C problems. Stayed a week and it was closed all week after being told Monday it would be open Tuesday. Breakfast has no variety and is basic eggs and sausage patties every day. They had to be told three days in a week they have no plastic forks or spoons. Should be a daily check item. I don’t care about the remodel going on that’s just a thing but the rest of the service was poor based on basic standards. Will not ever stay in this one again.

The room smelled funny and the ceiling in the room was leaking water, I checked in and immediately checked out within 5 mins

The room was dirty and did not reflect the pictures. The AC did not work well and the room did not get under 74 degrees. The breakfast was subpar at best. The eggs looked old, there was no fruit, and only 2 yogurts in the fridge. I would not stay at this location again.

I would never stay here again. The smell is a combination of musty odor and a heavy, floral carpet powder. The TV didn't work in one room, so they did move us to another room. The new room had the same bad odor. There was a huge cockroach in my shoe the next morning. The continental breakfast was either wiped out or never stocked to begin with. I check ratings before staying somewhere. This hotel had a decent rating, but it didn't match up.

The customer service was great, and they were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. They were doing some remodeling on our floor, so it was a little dust, but it was okay. My only complaint was with housekeeping, we left our room on Saturday they came in emptied the trash and took the dirty towels and left us one clean towel for four people. I'm not sure if they were supposed to make the beds or not but they didn't. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

Should not have used rooms on 3rd floor. Under renovation and smells were horrible. AC made crazy sounds all night. Has to go through taped off area to get to room. Breakfast was very minimal and not appealing.

The room and service were very good. All the front desk personnel were friendly and courteous. Even though hotel is not fully renovated, we had good time. Very convenient to go to Kemah Boardwalk and NASA.

The room was clean but a little worn. Breakfast was ok. They didn’t offer any water to drink. When I asked for water he told me that I would have to go to the desk and purchase water. Overall not bad but not great either.

3 nights for a course trip and was excellent location from restaurant, 8 minutes drive for the school and restaurants.

Property wasn’t my cup of tea. It was obviously undergoing renovations. The door to room was obnoxiously hard to open and very loud. The room was larger than expected and only one trash can in entire thing. With two teenagers that was annoying. Other than it being all by itself with only two places to dine close by it was an ok stay!

Hallways and elevator are oven hot!
Not enough plugs to plug in the microwave, had to unplug the fridge to be able to use the microwave then plug it back in.
USB phone charger/plug adapter did not work nor did the lamp plugged into it. AC is nice and cold, liked the window black outs.

Marvelette is wonderful. Such an asset to your property. From the moment we walk in we felt welcomed. Bed is clean and comfortable. Will be happy to stay again.
