Good bathroom size. We asked to move rooms on arrival as first room was very musty.  We were  moved quickly.  Breakfast good variety and included in price. Using disposable plates and cutlery. No way to separate for recycling which was disappointing. Car parking well lit. Close to Houston Space Centre  and good eateries. (Try Viola & Agnes' just down the road-amazing!)

Water pressure poor. We were not the only guests who raised this with the hotel. Lighting in room not sufficient.  Only 2 bedside lamps in a room that has 2x queen beds. One small desk lamp. No main room lights other than entrance We asked to move rooms on arrival as first room was very musty.  We were  moved quickly.  Next Room was OK but air conditioning wasn't efficient for clearing the air which may impact musty  smell. Wifi unavailable.  We were told that someone was working on it.  Felt like it had been down a while. Wifi doesn't take days to fix. We were there 3 days & no indication of it being fixed. Some staff struggled to communicate any information at check-in.

The smell

Breakfast was fine, just as expected. Everything was clean, cleaning service in the morning was good. I asked for a quiet room with a view, and they gave me that, so I appreciated that.

The ice machine on the third floor was broken, so I had to go to the second floor. The ice bucket doesn't keep the ice from melting, so I had to make multiple trips. For some reason, the digital key didn't work in the app. I used the digital key in the app at another location just last week. The front desk staff were not interested in assisting. Coffee pods in the room taste terrible and the powdered creamer didn't dissolve into the coffee. Weird.

In room 105 the table lamp did not work and in the bathroom it smell real bad the whole stay. We even bought spray and the spray didn’t even work

Good location near space centre. Nice breakfast, free parking, large room, comfortable bed. Clean and quiet. Lovely free and hot coffee and fruit in reception.

breakfast was great!!! my kids and I enjoyed our stay!! we were there for Spring Break. our room was clean and our beds were very comfortable. We will be back!!!

The price was steep for a single parent like myself.

It's close to NASA & to the Seabrook Classic Cafe, which has wonderful food, coffee, pies. Hampton Inn & Suites always have great breakfasts, with multiple choices. You can see the Bay from this hotel, & the swaying palm trees.

The 2nd night, it was very windy all night, which created a howling effect, from a wind tunnel.

Water pressure in the shower was low. Wall were not as sound proof as I like.

Good self-serve breakfast. Clean updated rooms. Comfortable bed. Good location for NASA space center and Kemah Boardwalk as well as some local restaurants. Helpful staff.

Sound-proofing was.poor. Noise from the road and adjoining rooms.

My room (102) smelled like mold all weekend. I stay here often and never had this smell. I think it is from a defective shower.

The bathroom door was a sliding barn style. Guests and roommate can see in while showering and using restroom.
