I had a one-night booking at this hotel and ran into multiple unpleasant experiences during my stay. First, they had inadequate bathroom supplies that should be there before checkin. When I asked for the same at the front desk, they said I need to come down and collect them as they did not have any help! Though the hotel was newly built, I found some of the electrical fittings in my room did not work properly. When I tried to ask for the help at the front desk, they did not pick up the call! I had another bitter experience in the morning for the breakfast as they were out of bread and fruits except oranges before 2 hours of the end of breakfast time! All in all, it was not a great experience. I am giving 3 stars for the cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall.

My first room smelled like cigarettes. I asked for another room , 2nd room also smelled Like cigarettes. I wish I could’ve got a refund but because I reserved reservation same day I wasn’t allowed one . Terrible hotel ratings were misleading . Doesn’t like hotels.com didn’t answer my calls . Overall bad experience from hotels.com and holiday in. Wanted a refunded worst booking ever.

Rooms are always clean and in good working order. Only disappointment was the change in breakfast over previous visits. It wasn’t well staffed nor properly maintained/cleaned in the area. Items like coffee, creamer and breakfast staples weren’t refilled and available without asking. Otherwise, a good experience for the price point.
