The property is far from pub street and all the action. It’s about 5-8 usd for a tuk tuk. There are a lot of tuk tuks around so that isn’t a problem. There is no convenient stores nearby, really no good shopping. The rooms were large and clean, weird balconies as there is a bench built on the balcony, they look into the rooms, so not great if you want a view. Pool was nice, breakfast was adequate. Not much contact with staff, and most of the time you had to look for someone for service at the pool. No outside food or drink around the pool, no beer on tap for $1 usd like was advertised, just bottles for about $3 usd.

very nice hotel, neat and clean, with a nice pool to relax between a visit and another. I have arranged also the temple tour via the hotel and it was spotless like anything else. All personnel is very nice, kind and professional. Only point to improve, in my opinion, is the breakfast. Despite overall more than decent it could be further improved in terms of quality and variety (more fresh fruits, home made options, etc). Highly recommended.

Really enjoyable place to stay. Room were big and spacious, food in the restaurant was good. All in all very good hotel - will stay again!

Good establishment bit far from city center which can have access with their shuttle bus 3 times a day and you can return with tuktuk for 4$ also very close to airport. The staff is amazing they try to satisfy you as much they can The breakfast is fair and their spa is really good deal

Great hotel. Sadly I stayed just one night but I'll definitely book here when I come back to Siem Reap. The breakfast was decent, the overall condition is good. They provided me pickup service from and to the airport and check in/out was fast and smooth. Some of the TV channels were out of service but the internet connection was good enough for me to watch my soccer match.

The property is half way between the airport and the city and the quality of the hotel is clear when you arrive, the quality of service from the staff can’t be questioned as they are very professional and friendly one of the better quality hotels I have stayed in when traveling

Great hospitality and friendly staff in all departments Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Room service. We stayed in the family connecting room for 3 nights. Though there was some delay at airport during immigration and visa but the airport transfer driver was waiting patiently for pick up and greeted us with a welcome smile. It was very comfortable and memorable stay for us. Appreciate the promptness of service staff. We asked for Vegetarian options for breakfast and chef/F&B manager arranged a special vegetarian dish for us the next day. Some Indian Veg options for Breakfast could be some scope for further improvement. Spa and Salon staff was also very good in service. Overall, quite satisfactory and memorable visit. Hope to stay at Angkor Miracle again during our next visit.

$$$...We liked everything about Angkor Miracle resort..... Seriously a five star resort where the staff made you a priority.....The ambience of resort was uplifting and soothing to your soul.. The food was delicious and presented beautifully, especially the set course menus... The cakes at cafe were some of the finest we've tried and been a cake conessuer I would know.. We definitely would love to return again as this resort is a holiday in itself... Blessings to all staff for fine service...

Went for a holiday with my wife in June, we stayed for 3nights at Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa. We really enjoyed our stay as the room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The staffs were very friendly from the time they welcomed us from the airport until the time they sent us back to the airport. However, the transport was slightly expensive to travel around the town. I would surely come back to the same resort in future!

Staff at the front lobby was keep nagging and telling us how to sit in chair. They were telling my kids that they can't have a little fun with a card game. We felt like we were in a kindergarten school. Other than that, this is a nice place. Your lobby policy is somewhat unfriendly.

Excellent place to stay in Siem Reap

This is a great hotel — very clean, well run, and staffed by friendly, helpful people. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was tasty. The pool area is sizeable and well maintained. Very fun and relaxing. When we wanted to rent bikes and scooters, the staff were incredibly helpful, even making several phone calls on our behalf and negotiating for the best price. Particularly helpful were Senghout in guest relations, Putteara in the front office, and Bouleak in the dining area. They made us feel very welcome. The only minor drawback is the occasionally slow WiFi connection (it slowed down for a few hours in the evening), though I understand that this is a common problem in the area and one that they’re working on resolving. I’d definitely stay here again!
