High end resort in Koh Samet, at Saikaew Beach. Comfortable room (premier), very good staff, nice pool, fantastic beach.
Breakfast was good, but for the roomrates incl. breakfast, it could be better.

The resort was really nice, the beach is right there and the pool is also lovely. The entire resort is beautiful and they arranged a fun snorkeling excursion for us that was 700 baht per person. The food was good although pricey, but there’s lots of other food in the town and along the beach.

This is my second time at this resort, they welcomed me with an elephant made from towels in my room "Welcome back"
Food was good but the service at restaurant was slow and served untimely. The beach is great but service on the beach was hard to get. Transportation to and from the ferry was provided by the hotel. My only complaint is when they drop you at the ferry it is very confusing where to go. They need to provide foreigners with some instructions where to go at the pier. My GF is Thai and she was frustrated on what to do.

Ok so the bad first!
We booked a Delux Cottage which was rather shabby & in definite need of a refurb. The bedroom was good but the bathroom was dated & dark.
The cottages have tin roofs so when the fruit falls off the trees in the middle of the night the noise is terrible.
The room & beach towels were ragged although a good size.
Now the good!
The bar, restaurant & Spa are gorgeous. Breakfast was plentiful & had great choices of Asian & Western foods. Staff were friendly & all areas were spotless.
Scoop ice cream parlor was delicious & the cakes in the cafe to die for.
The beach was very clean & the sunbeds comfortable.
Location was great ... 5 minutes walk in to town, easy to get taxis & close to all the beach front restaurants.
All in all a lovely resort, just don't spend the extra money on a cottage.

The property overall is quite good and the location first rate. Service from the staff is the standout at the hotel.

Everything was very good although we found that when my friend got food poisoning that the staff were a bit rude.
Food was taken off the bill but staff didn’t understand the severity of the food poisoning from the food from the restaurant.

Really nice hotel I would say the best on samet for the price restaurant food is really good breakfast had a lot of options and the hotel just looks a lot better standard than others along the same beach would definitely stay again

The resort is fantastic with many amenities. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Will stay again.

We had a hut in the hide away zone which was nice and private with its own picturesque small beach. The resort handled the transport from the pier all the way to our hut. It was well organized. The grounds are beautifully kept and there are lots of flowers and birds. We also had an hour massage at the spa which was excellent. The main beach has soft white sand and clear warm water. Definitely would come again.

Actually the resort is pretty good, breakfast good with choice. But the staffs were not always full of smiles. Anyway, I will come again.

A quick overnight trip from Pattaya. 1 hour taxi ride to a half hour boat ride. Hotel picked up at the dock. Check in was a breeze. Nice white sand beach and good amenities.

Very nice service and atmosphere , with al the natural garden like environment ! Quite and pleasant surroundings .only little problem at shower room, the water run kind of slow at drainage system !

Hotel generally was good , initially we were given the wrong rooms , we didnt realise until we were asked to moved to the bungalows, a lower class room , wouldnt have been a problem except the premier room was great so felt like we were being downgraded, bit dissappointing but suppose that was the room we booked. 10 minute walk to the reception and beach though , bit time consuming 6 times a day. Overall good though , beach area and loungers were perfect. had a great time at this resort

I preferred the bungalows to the other room locations which are more hotel-like and surround noisy pools. Location of the resort is very convenient. First room was far away the beach and the rooms was quite poor. Have to upgrade (we were lucky, that there were free rooms to upgrade) and pay extra. The marketing pictures are from premium area. But good hotel if you choose the right room. The transport from the port of departure to hotel and back was well organized.

Stayed in the Deluxe Premiere suite, which was very spacious.The small patch of reserved beach was well kept. The landscaping was gorgeous. Nice and close to the main shopping street. Stayed during off-peak time, which meant it was very quiet but also that there were not so many staff on hand. On site food was pretty good.

It is good hotel except the way that we walk to the beach and the front .it is too far from our room

Great stay at very clean property with outstanding staff. The only negative would be the comfort of the beds. For us they were too firm and even with our inflatable air mattress it was tough to get a good nights sleep.

The hotel was probably very nice when built, but you can see that it starting to get a bit old. We stayed in the deluxe cottage and i would not say it's worth the price, we stayed in much nicer places in Thailand for less money.
