The rooms are old and the pillows smell bath to narrow

Great visit. We got a surprise room upgrade, which was lovely. Definitely pay for the Sea View rooms, as the back of the hotel faces a rather ugly parking lot. That said, parking is easy and cheap (60 TL/day). Breakfast was substantial with lots of healthy options. Would definitely recommend.

Great location near the port and downtown Kusadasi. Room was small but clean. Excellent staff who helped me solve a problem (not related to my stay).

The hotel is located at the heart of Kusadasi. It is very clean, the bed was comfy. We even had a nice view over city. The restaurant downstairs is superb, probably one of the best in town. Breakfast was also great, it was served at rooftop with amazing views over Kusadasi bay. The only thing we weren’t happy about is that it is very noisy around the hotel at night due to it’s central location. However, if you choose to stay in town, you cannot find a quieter place.

We arrived . reception person was not that helpful we had to find our own room.it was not the same as brochure.he would not change our room do we had to check out .so all and all we did not get to experience a lot of the hotel waste of our money.sorry to say would not recommend it

thats really good opiton to stay in Kusadasi. Seems like 2 star hotel but in reality they are like 3.5 star hotel. the main building staff equipments activities location definately more than 2*. reception and staff is so helpful. ı really enjoyed to stay in this hotel during my stay. thx ilayda hotel family.

Very friendly and helpful service. The restaurant is amazing, they are pationate about their service and the food is good for a reasonable price.It's definetly my favourite stay for a while

Great location, very good rooms, kind and nice attendents. The only missing point is not having refrigerator at room.

I stayed three nights in this hotel , when I arrived no person came with me to receive my room , no Free water in the room, the room was very small and the shower looks like small refrigerator, but on the next day I found an insect dead on my bed, when I was angry for that the reception agreed to change my room with another room bigger, more clean and sea view , so I was so happy and felt comfortable.

It took us three hours to check in apart from that it was a decent hotel. I partly blame hotels.com for not sending our booking confirmation to the hotel which delayed Our check in.

It was a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was also pretty good.

It was average. The room was a little tired. The breakfast below average. The cafe down stairs attached was below average. Overall just ok

Staff are extremely polite and accomadating. Nice reception area. Central area good position for all aspects of your visit The breakfast was very nice and the view from the veranda was excellent. The only down for us was you could smell smoke throughout the hotel.

Booked through Expedia and was told basic room. Ok - I've stayed in a few basic rooms in Kusadasi but this one was tiny with hardly any hanging space and just three hangers! Not happy. Asked for upgrade which cost an extra £330 + . I could have gone to their sister hotel which has more facilities for the price I paid. Upgrade was lovely but only two small mirrors, bathroom & dressing table, and very dull lighting which was frustrating. I have always stayed at Derici hotel and their rooms have balconies. Derici for me next time.
