Our trip was awesome we had the nicest staff while we were there.

I was not impressed by room. I was in the smallest room they possibly had and it was behind the elevator . I had the joy of hearing, feeling and shaking from the elevator all night. I felt it would be point less to complain because these rooms are probably given to customers who book in apps such as hotels.com , i wont stay here again.

Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants, staff is friendly. Hotel does continental breakfast but not enough dining seating,pool and gym small and closed at the time we were there.

The room was very small no room to walk around.the mattress was very lumpy not comfortable at all.

Bed had a piece of metal sticking out from under mattress my wife bumped it while getting into bed was painful but she’s ok reported it to the front desk besides that all was good

The stay itself was good, however, open check in I was given the wrong room. I reserved a suite with a double sofa bed, but was given a suite only, no extra sofa bed. When sharing this with the front desk, she indicated that my reservation (which they said was through expedia but I shared it was through hotels.com) only said I reserved a suite. I showed her my receipt, she said she can give me a room with 2 double beds, and I asked that I receive what I paid for. She was able to then give me the room that I booked. That was the only snag.

There is a small pantry for shopping small items needed as well as last minute food options. This is the only hotel I will continue to stay at while in Santa Maria. The staff is very helpful regardless of what time of day it is. They greet you upon entry and acknowledge you when you leave.
For added safety, food deliveries are taken downstairs which is great. I recommend higher floors only because heavy steppers will carry. I forgot my coat and they shipped it out to me immediately when I called.

This is a great hotel to stay at when traveling. Although I come for business, I would stay here with my family. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Upper floors are better to stay at for a more quiet night. Property is well maintained.

Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Overall, clean rooms and good complimentary breakfast. Also, love the 24 hour coffee/tea station.

The body wash ran out and we were there for only 2 nights. Day of check out housekeeping came at 11am and we told them we’d be out soon. At 11:57am hotel manager or housekeeping manager knocked on our door and let us know check out was at 12 and asked if we needed more time. If it was past 12 I’d understand but we felt rushed to get out of our room.

This was a great hotel. Quiet, clean, great breakfast, and the best part for us was the indoor pool and spa!

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. My kids were really excited and looking forward to enjoying it however when we got there it was under renovation. I wish they had a fine print saying that so customers can be informed otherwise I could have booked a different hotel.

Make sure you specify you want an room on the second floor or above. Ground floor is where I stayed...in a handicap accessible room. The furniture was outdated and there were functions that did not work in the room. I normally stay on the upper floors in a non accessible room so this review is overall.

Hotel was clean and the room spacious. The pool was closed for renovation at the time of our stay. Check in was effortless.

The area you have to drive through to arrive at the entrance is very unattractive. This is the only negative.
