This hotel is functional but not very appealing

- The hotel has plenty of parking spaces around the building but although the hotel is nowhere near the city center they ask US$ 10 per night for parking. - The hotel is very old-style and really can use a modernization. The room is old and wearn down. - There is no option for breakfast

Upon arrival, the key reader wouldn’t accept the key given to us at check in and the TV in the room didn’t work. The room smelt of mildew and there were several wet spots on the carpet. Another issue was the room next door was extremely noisy until 2am both nights. Front desk was contacted and no action taken.

Front desk (male) forgot his name was beyond friendly. Made me feel taken care of. Room was big and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The Nextdoor room neighbors were very loud from midnight until 3 hours later. They were intimately having a good time with each other. They stopped, then started up again in the morning. LOUD!! I reported it to the front desk!

The restaurant needs more items on their menu. Price isn’t worth it. We tried breakfast and the rest of our days ate somewhere else. The jacuzzi didn’t work well either. It was nice and hot but not bubble action at all.

Room was clean and basically quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Getting into the elevator to find a small woman trying to control a large barking dog. Barking, growling, dogs every the elevator door opened was not a pleasant experience. In the future we will look for a NOT pet friendly facility. Also booking.com did not mention the $10 a day parking fee

I liked the size of the rooms, beds were comfy and the staff was awesome.

I had a horrible time with the toilet. Maintenance went to fix it twice and was not successful. We had to plunge toilet after every use. So the maintenance guy decided to leave us the plunger. Disappointed because I figured as customer service they should have offered us another room. No accomodation, no reimbursement, and no deduction, because the reservation was made through booking.com. Very disappointed with my first time staying with Holiday Inn. I thought they were a better quality!

Location was central and convenient. Next to freeway. Breakfast took forever to arrive but was hot and good.

Shower wasn't working. Elevator wasn't working well upon checkin. Employees didn't give way to guests on elevator. Restaurant staff took forever to bring breakfast. I was charged for parking.

Location Management

I initially gave a pretty bad review of this hotel based on an unfortunate experience. Briefly, there was music originating in the lobby that travelled into my suite directly above. I do want to say that once I made the management aware after checkout the GM reached out to me personally and made it right. I like Holiday Inn’s and their suites and this one-off wouldn’t stop me from returning.
