Almost everything, and everyone was perfect.

Steve quite a lot extended quite a bit going through a family emergency and they were really helpful for the most part to the last day. That was gonna extend two weeks, but the woman on the front desk threatened me because I had a hard time checking out my sister was sick and I asked if I could pay extra to have a late check out and this woman was really hard-core she didn’t need to be. Everyone else prior to her was amazing

Location was ok if you were travelling for business. But if you are holidaying, avoid Santa Maria. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Soulless place though. No cafe/bar or anything just an apartment building.

Santa Maria! And the price for the rooms in this awful town was outrageous. We paid $1100 for two rooms for 2 nights. If I had realized Santa Maria was such an agricultural place with nothing at all to do, I would never have paid this price. My error for not researching correctly.

Good location, parking area felt safe.

Furniture and paint in the room seemed a little rundown, lots of unpleasant smells in the hallway, very loud neighbors.

The staff is terribly rood ...acceot for one girl.shiyane who works in the front ...the other people are rood....and horrible!
