Nice property although a little dated. Very nice and accommodating staff. Booked room with a balcony not knowing it is an inside balcony overlooking the front lobby. Little disappointed that we couldn’t sit outside but didn’t make they stay any less enjoyable. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast buffet is great and has a little of hot items including made to order eggs and special menu item each day. Will definitely stay again.

My usual place to stay while working in Pecos area. Nice big rooms, clean hotel, friendly staff. This time there was a smell of cigarettes in the doorway of my room but it didn't seem to be a problem inside the room. I mentioned it to the staff and they noted it and scheduled a deep cleaning for the next morning. Great breakfast.

Nice

This was the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in years and was reasonably priced. It is very well maintained and really clean. Lots of lovely relaxing common areas after a long days drive and very good breakfast to start your next day. We will definitely stay there again.

BEAUTIFUL property!! The lobby was gorgeous and truly reminds you of a chalet with a large fireplace and spiral staircase in the middle. The front desk staff was super friendly and the check in process was effortless. The room was large, clean and even had a patio. The tub was so big we could both soak! Definitely recommend a stay here!

Best Hotel in Texas

The hotel is a gem! The staff were welcoming, the inside and outside were well maintained and clean. The rooms were really nice! The breakfast was awesome with a ton of options and delicious!

We really enjoyed it. Has a cool little spiral staircase and nice rooms for a reasonable rate. Stayed here for Christmas when my family came down while I was working.

The breakfast was wonderful! Best variety ever! The jacuzzi and pool were the best we've experienced in a long time! The jets/heat were perfect. We will highly recommend this hotel and definitely be back on our next travels through Texas.

Clean and friendly

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with room enough for the entire family. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at any Best western. Great place to stay.

This stay far exceeded our expectations. What a lovely hotel. We stopped here overnight during a trip covering the 4 national parks in the area. It was like a spa retreat. The room was large, the bed and shower great and they supply just about any amenity you can think of. We had both dinner and breakfast there and both were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. Well done owners and staff 👏👏👏👏

What a wonderful stay after driving 10 hours. The staff was friendly and the hotel , the rooms and grounds were meticulously clean. . Room was very comfortable and spacious. Having the restaurant next door was an aded plus. Wish I had brought my bathing for the enclosed pool. Will definitely stay again when I make my annual trek out west.

This facility is located in Pecos Texas, a somewhat remote area where local dining options are a little limited. But for sure, the breakfast at the hotel was totally five star both in quality and quantity. the Kitchen staff were very friendly as they obviously enjoyed their work and pleasing the customers. The man who checked us in was very pleasant and informative who also seemed to enjoy his job and people. the room was good, bed excellent.

I was just passing through this small town and grabbed this place to stay for the night. I was shocked how nice the hotel was considering all things (price, location, etc). My room had a little balcony with a table over looking the entry way which was cute, plus the room was very large, the tub was very big. The breakfast was freaking amazing, everything you could ever want for breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice and the gym was the biggest I've seen in a hotel of this kind. Keep in mind, I'm comparing it to another approx 100/night hotel not a luxury hotel. It was Christmas so the place was decorated very cute and it was close to whatever I needed in town (very small town). Honestly, if I ever had a reason to go to that town again, I'd love to stay there as a romantic weekend. I was on the second floor, so taking the staircase down was kind of cool as well (versus the elevator). The room had everything I need. The ONLY thing I noticed was it took a while for the water to get hot, but no big deal. This place was virtually perfect in my book.

Repeat stay. Amazing service. Easy to find, clean, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, well stocked with everything you need, complementary breakfast is amazing. This will be our go to spot on our road trips.

The hotel is very clean and the service is excellent. The check in was very quick and easy. The indoor pool is great, the water is always warm and clean, my kids love it! The breakfast buffet is great as well.
