Easy check in.

There were cats all over, I asked for a top floor room she insisted I was to be put in a double Queen room I told her nevermind and she still tried to put me into a double Queen down stairs I asked if she had a king (which I had booked) and she was rude and said something along the lines of well I guess I can give you the first floor I said thank you that’s fine, the room was not very clean, blood stains on the sheets I put a towel down Bc I wasn’t going to ask to change rooms. The room only came with 3 pillows and for someone who works at a hotel king rooms are supposed to have 5 pillows. And the sink in the bathroom splattered out water instead of it running like a normal sink.

Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel experience ever!

The lady at the desk tried to help but didn’t speak English! Not good!

The room did not have a peephole to look for safety. The electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work either plug! Had to use lamp outlet with no mirror! The tv came on but was black n white so fuzzy you couldn’t make out what was showing!

Woman that worked at night was super nice and helpful.

Honestly, I didn’t like anything about the property. It’s out dated, the property needs to be cleaned up and needs quite a bit of maintenance done! The staff barely understood English and didn’t fully know how to do her job because she was new and obviously not properly trained well enough to be by herself. However, she was super sweet and simply tried her best but due to her lack of training I was charged for a day even though I canceled with in 15 minutes of booking the reservation! Also, I am Wyndhams platinum rewards member and I was not treated as so!!

Poorly trained employees, does not honor/recognize rewards members, out dated facility, the rooms that they touched up were done poorly. The photos online are very misleading!

I was terrified. No deadbolt on the door. Bathroom was disgusting. Food on the floor from previous occupant. Left two hours after we checked in and drove on to a nice hotel in Odessa. I was terrified along with feeling like there were creatures crawling on me.

This was a random pick in the middle of the night for me and my kids. I traveled alone from Georgia to Arizona and from Arizona back to Georgia. This was the best pick we made i was happy my kids were happy we all slept good it was clean and comfy no disruptions it was very quiet.

I liked room service

That the outlets next to the bed did not work at all & the bath tub was so dirty full of hairs when i areived
