Cleanliness was poor. You definitely need to consider changing your mattresses the box springs on our room were very dirty. The room had a bad smell.

Pecos is a oilfield town full of working people...this hotel accommodates those workers and families very well. This particular hotel offers simple breakfast thru dinner options included with stay. The suites could use a lil upgrading but we learned to bring our own necessities when visiting. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Always clean.

Wonder why they cannot spend the money to steam vacuum the carpet? It was very dirty. They should double paned windows on the side of truck stop area. It was loud all night!

The hotel is not bad, the walls are thin though and you can hear your neighbor talking also we were given a room facing the gas station and you can hear all the trucks coming in and out.

This property should consider breakfast vouchers or something so there is food available for every one. OIl Field workers eat all the food and take all the plates, napkins, utensils and nothing left for the rest of your guests. When I asked for the food to be replenished, they refused. Probably won't be back unless a discount is offered for those who do not want the "free" non existent breakfast it all gone. We had the same thing happen at another property and they replenished up until the buffet closed.

The location is safe although a lot of trucks parked during the night. The noise is not so bad at all. The gas station is just walkable from the hotel. I’m not sure about restaurants since McDonald’s , Subway and Chester’s chicken is available at the store. The room, the bedsheets are clean and fresh.. the receptionist is so friendly.

The hotel was clean, but they have no cameras outside. Someone in the parking lot hit our vehicle, but didn't report it or leave any notes. I would prefer to stay at hotels with cameras in the customer parking area.

Staff was super nice. Food was great. Room could have been cleaner. Looked like a prior guest had dirty hands and wiped them all over wall. Also carpet needs a good cleaning. Otherwise beds were clean and comfortable.

The free breakfast was great and they even served free stew or nachos for dinner! I have never seen a hotel give a dinner. Staff was very accommodating and nice, the room was great and clean and parking was free. It was a very good experience. Thank You!

We had made a reservation online & we did not get the room that we paid for. They put us in a room that was used as a storage room. It had three couches in the room that standing upright. We had no where to sit other than the beds. We also had no closed to put our luggage or clothes in becase the the closet was used to store extra chairs. This was a nightmare of an experience. The manage only gave us a $17.00 credit toward our bill.

Room we were assigned had someone in it. It was rectified but we were already exhausted after long day of traveling and had to wait awhile to check in. Once in the room, could hear dog barking, people talking in other rooms etc. Not a great place to stay.
